Everything I needed for my roof was in stock. When I asked fir help the sales rep was knowledgeable and directed me to the exact location to complete my purchase.

Store is very clean and wonderful staff.

I really like the Bloomfield Home Depot. The Asian American female manager named Kelly is always helpful.

I always feel so comfortable at this store! Everyone is super friendly and the staff is really about their customers!

Three employees went out of the way to help me choose and load concrete block and plywood. I am an older guy and the help was so APPPRECIATED! The young man in plywood (Marvin) alone saved me fifty dollars by getting me the right product. Very satisfied with this store!!! Very impressed with the dedication of these employees!

The Bloomfield store could be cleaner and better stocked. All customers and employees should wear masks.They don't.

Joe and Patty in the plant section if the store were both very helpful to me. Joe stopped watering the plants to answer my question regarding hanging plants I had purchased lest week. When Joe could not find more hanging plants outside he asked Patty for assistance and I was able to purchase the last two hanging plants that l was looking for. They were both very pleasant and enthusiastic to assist me. They clearly seem to enjoy their employment there and as such make the customers’ experience very pleasant. Thank you Joe and Patty!!! Great job.

I had a good experience knowing I can go back to this store. Employees like Geneva are out there helping us the customers. Thank you on this strong times.

I would not recommend this store until it fixed the tool rental portal on the website. Even though the web portal said the tool was available, When I arrived ( I drove 26 miles) the tool rental was not available. The associate told me that the portal is messed up, and commonly lists tools available for rental that are not. Fix that, and I would recommend this store. The store associates were great.

The employees at HOME DEPOT STORE #6228 are exceptional. There is one employee in particular, Kevin Smith, who goes above and beyond. He is the epitome of an excellent employee. He is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

The store was clean.

In the past it was difficult to visit store most employees spent more time socializing and off task. You can truly notice the change and it gets better daily Chuck is approachable and offers to help when needed and expects his employees to do there best. Marvin also a great employee and should be promoted for his skills to deal with everyone and be there when you need him.

This store is always clean and organized. However, sometimes the staff working in the aisles are not always knowledgeable of the products and the location. But once you visit the store and know what you're looking for then you should be good because this store always have the products available.

Great place to shop at. Home depot Carry at least 90% of what you want.

The floors are always dirty but the front endis getting cleaner and the cashiers seem to be nicer in the morning hours, kelly and Neysh are always awesome !

Nice layout and labeling of isles. Employees are very courteous and helpful. Made it easy to find my item.

The lady in the flooring dept was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of wood flooring options

I have had some of the best customer service at the Bloomfield store. As a young woman that is just learning how to tackle home improvement projects, I find the associates to all be so kind and patient and to always make me feel at home in the store. There are so many smiles here! Big shout out to Dave in lumber, who is precise and generous with his time while providing such great service. Also the gentleman in electrical that (along with the help of his friend/customer) spent time helping me figure out how to do my first electrical project. Keep up the good work, Bloomfield, and thank you for providing such an inclusive environment.

The store recently received a A plus from a Executive Vice President on a store inspection. The store manager must be an exceptional person. It is evident with having the kind and professional help. You should bring other store managers for a tour of this store and have meetings there so they can experience the quality, the friendliness, the knowledge of the store, wanting to help your customers. You have an exceptional store, please use this store as an example how a store should be run. The store is clean , associates were very helpful. This store is certainly a 5 star store. We found all that we came in for.

The only reason I’m giving this store any stars is Kelly. She is a wonderful genuinely nice person and one of the only workers there who was excited to help me. She didn’t ignore me like the others. From the moment I needed help, she had a smile on her face and really did want to help. The other cashiers are rude and hostile. Nicola or however you spell it, makes me uncomfortable. A lot of the workers will ignore me, make me feel stupid for asking questions, or not want to help me. Also the tool selection is great and for a decent price. Right on. Need more garden pots though.

Significant improvement in levels of service over the past year; friendly staff; products were easy to find and self check out was very efficient.

The Cashier Maria at the customer service/returns counter was extremely rude towards me because I wanted to make a purchase at the customer service counter. She argued with me, told me I was unwelcome to check out there, and after all attitude and disrespectful behavior decided to offer to check me out like she is doing me a favor mind you she has no customers, no one was in line behind me in fact I waited in line to checkout there only to get to the counter and be told I can check out because I am at the wrong counter! She was disrespectful, argumentative and misrepresented herself as a manger and stalled and delayed getting the manager for me and had the audacity to make a personal phone call in my face on the company phone before calling for a supervisor to come to the front to deliberately and spitefully make me wait for a supervisor.

I went to this store because if the great staff. It actually is a little further than the other stores that I live near, but I have always had good luck with the staff.
