The help with loading and securing lumber could not have been better. Salvador is the best! We would have tried to load and secure the lumber differently, but Salvador's experience (and patience) saved us a lot of trouble. Thank you Salvador.

This is a neighborhood store. I see some of the same associates I've seen here over the past 10 years. They are helpful without being intrusive. Checkout staff seem well trained and smile. I have puchased intem in hardware, lighting, plumbing, carpeting and window coverings and used their installers for some of these items. Great experience all around.

especially Bob, he must have spent an hour and a half or more to make sure all went well and we understood all the particulars. He really made our buying esperience great. made sure we got all the discounts we were supposed to get. Made sure that the store discount got appleid correctly to the right items.

Everything was easy to find and had excellent sevice!

Working with the associate Nora was very easy, we set up an appointment ahead of time. Highly recommended.

Won't go to any other Pro Desk (THANK YOU GARY AND RISHI) or work with any other departments (millwork, building materials, kitchen design) other than the Bloomington crew. Always blown away by the knowledge, helpfulness, and friendliness of everyone at this store. Thank you for making my major remodeling projects less stressful!!

When I shop early in the day, the associates are always available and very helpful, not so much later in the day when the store is busy.

When I came in to the Bloomington store this morning to return a product I did not need for my kitchen project Nancy went and found her manager Melissa and asked for her aproval to return it even though the package had been opened. Nancy could have just said no and that would have been it. Melissa approved the return without any questions. I really expected that it would be so much more difficult to do this. They made my shopping experience very easy. I would not hesitate to shop in this store again and I most definitely will recommend, and have recommended, Home Depot to others. Both my husband and I shop at this Home Depot and have spent thousands of dollars here but neither Nancy or Melissa knew that. They treated me like I was a valued customer. Excellent, excellent employees.

There are always so many people working and ready to help you. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a new home owner, I have a lot of projects up ahead and the people at Home Depot help me find the right product for the job. I love doing here!

It seems that you can never find someone to help you with something. But today after finely getting someone over to help me all he seemed to wanted to do is stare at some lady and never did find what I was looking for.

I needed keys made, the last that helped me was very helpful and took a good look at the keys that she made to make sure they matched

Store associates are very helpful when you need help finding something. Everything that I need is usually in-stock. I just need help finding things, and Home Depot store associates are THE Best!

We have lived in our house for over 50 years. Home Depot has been my source of most of the home maintenance and home remodeling supplies needed over the years. I shop around for prices of supplies needed and most of the time Home Depot is competitive or lower than Menards or Lowes.

Plumbing always requires an extra trip or two, that's why plumbers have so much stuff in their trucks: they never know exactly what they'll need to connect Pipe A to Pipe B, through partitions, around corners, or at different sizes along the way. The Home Depot Customer Service desk where I most commonly shop, is always friendly explains options depending on return, etc.

Had to have associates paged multiple times and they still didn't show up. Then went to customer service and all they did was try to page the same associate again

Home Depot has everything a person needs, though sometimes finding it can be a challenge. I'll ask associated or other customers for help or advice.

I found what I was looking for immediately and was served quickly by a cashier!

I was directed to the PVC pipe aisle by the greeter at the door and a very helpful associate who had just finished working with a customer, turned to me offing assistance if needed. We discussed Ball-Valves and he lamented, sadly they did not carry them as large as the 4" size to match my pond waterfall piping, but everything else I needed was there. Some of the parts were even at the lowest prices I'd seen during my pre-shopping web research comparing Amazon Prime, Google shopping, Home Depot, and Lowe's. Thank you Home Depot!

I went in for grass seed and came out with the right kind for my lawn do to a great associate that took the time to help me. Then the flowers and garden items were so beautiful and the staff helpful with finding ones for shade with very little maintenance, I walked out with a ton of that too. I love the Home Depot. Always friendly and the garden staff is amazing. Thank you!

The cashier, Rose, associates Eli and Michael went above their requirements to be helpful and friendly to myself and my husband. We are senior citizens and seek out good service. We rate Home Depot's Garden Center the best!
