Best gardening shop for outdoor and indoor plants. Most helpful employees who take the time to help rather than referring you to someone or somewhere else in the store. Always get assistance if I need it. Associates courteous, helpful and frequently humorous which makes shopping relaxed. Extremely clean store and always clean and sanitary restroom for women.

i always shop at Home Depot for products...especially paint. I think I've been there four times for paint! It's my go-to-place. I also look at tubs.

Every time I go to Home Depot I am greeted with dignity and respect. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. It seems they have a sense of pride in their brand, as they should. The prices are always competitive. They firmly stand behind their products. Even when necessary returns are made, the experience is handled smoothly. I've been to their biggest competitor...no comparison.

Shelly, the cashier was very friendly, nice, and quick. Store had everything that I was looking for.

Worse shopping experience ever. There were carts of product in the aisles making it very difficult to get through with a shopping cart and there was debris and garbage on the floors. Waited 10 minutes for a store employee to help us in flooring, only after my husband walked around the flooring department looking for an employee and finally talked to a clerk who standing behind the returns desk and talking to another employee and we were standing right there where we could be seen. The employee was helpful but I don't think he had a clue on how to cut carpeting. The only real helpful employee was while going through the self-check out. Very friendly and very helpful.

The staff from electrical department were very helpful

Plenty of help and well stocked in merchandise that I needed. Even though it was busy, my checkout time was short. Great experience.

WENT shopping for bedding flowers. Nice quantity and variety, but many of the flowers were neglected and in bad shape. You really need more help in care of flowers and help to customers. Also, maybe you need to have a flash sale to loyal garden customers (by eamil or text) when you see a group of flowers need to be cleared out. It's better than throwing flowers out. Or maybe donate to churches, non profits, city?

Fresh bedding plants and a great selection. Good prices.

This is one of the best Home Depot’s in the area. The stock is impressive and every department seems to be staffed with some of the best people in the city. I am not certain why, but having been in almost all of them that has been my experience.

Had bad experience with cashier Tammy at the costumer service desk. Hopefully it won't happen to another family. She need to work on costumer service especially how to interact with costumers.

The home depot in bloomington mn. does have all the products that i use up on the farm that i have in west-central mn. the other types of home centers do not have the nessessary big project materials. Home depot does have it all together for the shoppers experience.

The guy at the Prodesk is great! They go out of their way to help you! He tells me product availability so I know what to buy if I need it right away. He is super friendly and helpful and worked with me on buying all kinds of products for my remodel, including doors, vanities, flooring, trims and because he knows the products well he offers sound and useful advice. And when I need to buy appliances I know he will be able to help me. You can count on Home Deport for anything for your home from high end products available online, to budget friendly ones that look good all backed by the HD guarantees and warranties should you purchase them. I am grateful to HD for making my life easier from refacing my kitchen cabinets and installing new counters, to laying new flooring, all at reasonable prices and tons of choices! I can't live without HD and they have great sales too! Thank you!!!

Chip from Millwork extended me the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I went in the store to get a new lockset for an exterior door that was broken. Chip took a look at it and grabbed a new lock set and spent 25 minutes taking them apart and swapping parts and fixing mine so I would not need to get the new one rekeyed and then said that should do it. He did not even charge me for the new parts. Who says the big box stores are impersonal, I've never received better hardware service anywhere. I'll never shop anywhere else. Kudos to Chip..

The staff that I dealt with were all top notch. Milt in the plumbing dept. made sure I had everything I would need to save an additional trip to the store by asking questions about the project. Very friendly and knowledgable sales associates and managers. They do a great job of trying to make you feel that your business is valued and that you are valued as a customer. Can't beat that!
