I had a mixup of the delivery for a microwave I bought online that was eventually delivered to this store. Jerry in customer service handled the credit adjustment for me and retrieved my microwave in ten minutes from in the door to out the door.

I wrote a very good review and named names in the review in the Opinion just before this and it was written very well, and so I would give you permission to use that in your Store Experience. It is very nicely written and named many names. Thanks very much~~~~

Very pleasant and courteous sales associate, I appreciated him taking the time....

Staff was easy to find, and able to direct me to the product I was after. Was less that 20 seconds that another staff member from that department was there to assist me. A couple more staff came over and they loaded all the rock I was buying on a cart. went to cashier and checked out, and was loaded in my vehicle. total time less that 10 minutes. Job well done. Finding the proper christmas tree was fast and easy! They had a great amount to chose from,we got the right tree for a great price!

Told help would be provided to load several 4x4x8 posts and 4 80 pound bags of cement but help never showed up. My daughter ended up loading all items by herself.

I recently had surgery on my wrist and was on doctors orders of "NO LIFTING". Needing 12 sheets of 1/2" outside siding, I went to the Blue Springs, MO store and spoke to the first person I saw. This happened to be the cashier next to the Pro-desk. Her name tag said she was Ann. After explaining what I needed, Ann went to the rear on the store and got two other associates to pull my the siding and load the entire order in my truck. I never had to touch a thing. Ann made this trip to Home Depot very enjoyable. Thanks Ann for all your help!!!

Associates were very helpful in answering my questions. I was able to get all the materials needed for my project. An associate was there to help load my truck.

Home Depot had what I needed, at a reasonable,competative price

There always seem to be employees available to help me in such a large store and I appreciate that since I don't always know where to start my home projects.

Always find what I needed, and usually some I wasn't looking for, but just saw and had to have.

Two Home Depot employees, Mickie and Robbie, helped me find and gather and take to my car many items that were too heavy for me. They were kind and it was so nice of them to make me feel so well taken care of from the moment I walked into the store to the moment I left and beyond - as Robbie helped me load the car!!

Yesterday I was traveling through Blue Springs, stopping at store #3024. Upon returning home I discovered my wallet was missing. I felt it was likely I dropped the wallet while getting into my car. As I live over an hour away from the store, I called and spoke with Aaron, the manager on duty. He was sympathetic to my problem and agreed to have an associated check the parking lot. Jordyn, a head cashier and Steve, working in the lot, both searched, ultimately finding my wallet. Jordyn called me notifying me they had found it and she kept it safe until I could travel back to Blue Springs to get it. I offered a reward but she declined to take it. I am truly thankful for the efforts of these store associates and know it was a distraction from their normal duties. Their willingness to help saved me hours of frustration and worry. These folks reflect well on the Home Depot organization and the quality of the people that work there. I appreciate that they were there for me at this time of need. Well done, Aaron, Jordyn, and Steve.

Theresa in the paint department was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our paint selection. Ann who assisted us with our check out at the register was very friendly.

The two associates that helped us were very friendly and helpful with the two products that we purchased. They went out of their way to get them plugged in so we could see them work and then helped us get them loaded and checked out. It was a great experience

Becky, Teresa, Kara, and Carie are an asset to this store as they extend themselves to assist commercial customers in getting out as quickly as possible.
