Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. Mistakes happen but guys always bend over backwards to make it right. That y u have been and will continue to bd my go to home improvement store.

Steve, in the appliance department helped us find just what we needed, and even got it on the big appliance cart for us.

Everything quick and easy to load up, carts all over so don’t be afraid to grab a few on your trip!

Ordered a refrigerator in store from Home Depot. Delivery date was met and the delivery personnel were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one without any issue or damage to refrigerator or damage to my house. They did and excellent job, fully satisfied.

this HomeDepot is better than all the ones I have been too and that's a lot.

I do appreciate this Home Depot and the availability of products I most always need. The managements employee training, must be pretty exceptional as most employees working here are very pleasant and seem to enjoy their jobs and glad to assist. I recently purchased a Milwaukee hammer drill which performed flawlessly.

Thanks to Ann, she always is fun to say hello to at checkout. Having good customer service like that, and a good experience is so important. I really like the Blue springs MO home depot location. They seem to be doing things right there. Glad I live close by.

Better customer service than before. Friendly but very few associates to help. Shelf availability was good. Dalton greeted me as I walked through the door. Chris S. was friendly while checking out microwaves. Bertrand held a friendly conversation on my way to checkout.

As soon as my husband and I were walking down the aisle toward the department we wanted, an associate stopped and asked if we were looking for and said that she would be glad to help us! Other home improvement stores, I usually have to hunt for an employee to answer questions. She coordinated a team of employees to help us find and load all of the supplies we needed for a bathroom remodel. Exceptional service! All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient!

Grant at the Blue Springs store helped us with a project we had no idea how to start. He taught us how to look for the best product and what else we needed for the project. A great experience!!

This by far is the most well stocked, orderly and best customer service store in the area!!! Hands down!!!

Tried to buy a drill. Couldn't find any one with a key. Guess they only had one key at the store. Left to never return.

Jill went outside of her job description and did the job that five other people gave up on trying to find the item I was looking for in the store it showed there was 24 in stock. I told her I had bad shoulders and I needed this item to carry wood And she went above and beyond to find those items while five other people gave up on it.

I love the Ridgid tool products with their lifetime warranty on them, with the exception of the wait time.

From the greeting of Customer Service, to the Sales Representatives on the floor, including the Sales Cashier Destiny…OUTSTANDING!!! This store continues to be role model for goods sold.
