Best Home Depot store around!!!!

That is the best store to buy items to construction or improvements around the house.

The store is conveniently located and the employees are super friendly and always asking if help is needed. It's a nice family feeling there and it's nice to see employees work together to help each other, joke and enjoy their work environment. Love it.

I had a wonderful experience. Found the appliances I wanted at a great price. The store staff was professional and friendly. Delivery of the appliances was timely and the delivery men were very professional. They went above and beyond by taking my old appliance with them. I recommend Home Depot's good service to everyone I know.

No one to help and only one check out lane.

I was looking for a specific item, one of their technician Kerry. Even though going in a different direction, turned around and walked me to the product I was looking for, that to me is above and beyond the call, thank you Kerry please keep up the good work

Nice store, very convenient for our jobs in Boca.

An experienced and professional sales associate named Mila spend a great deal of time with me in making and informed Appliance choice. She was knowledgeable and very helpful especially since I was spending so much money. I would recommend anyone making an expensive purchase to seek out her help because I feel I got more assistance than if I had gone to an appliance outlet store.

I think your store does a great job in catering to the areas customers needs. Unfortunately a lot of the custmers abuse your good will and abuse your customer return policy. I spoke to the store manager about this a couple of years ago and he stated that was the cost of doing business. People clearly are returning old items in place of the new ones they purchased. They are returning items they used and clearly had no intent of keeping.

The staff at this store is always friendly and most will go above and beyond to help you. The store is clean and has clearly marked aisles allowing you to find things easily.

Sometimes I go to HD and I can't find anyone to assist. However, this week was different. I have to give kudos to Nicholas, Dave, Delroy, Susan and other names I can't recall. Yes, I have been there a few times in the past week.

I went to the plumbing section to ask gor help finding a silution to prevent shower drain from cluging. The guy could not find a solution and asked to get someone else. Left me hanging waiting for someone for over 15 minutes. I went to check what happened and o see tbat he not only helping someone else but did not bother calling anyone.

They have the stuff you need and they have the right prices. That is why the parking lot stays full.

Very busy time being that it is just days before Christmas and the staff continues to be friendly, helpful, and offer great customer service. They even offer the grinches that were there a smile and wished them a happy holiday.

Very poor customer service today, self check out took me almost 20 minutes , no apology , no Service. I ended up returning all my items and management didn't seem that concerned. I left Lowes to shop at home depot because they didn't have the product, but I will never shop at home depot again because they don't have any respect for my time.

The store was neat and the personel were eager to help us finding different items that we wanted.

This location has the best selection of Christmas trees and decorations. The store employees are always helpful and friendly

Love Home Depot, and all the employees are always helpful and most are knowledgeable in products being sold in their area.

Gregg T in the paint dept has excellent customer service skills. He goes above and beyond to help the customer find what they have in mind. He focuses in on the person and does not rush them through the process. I highly recommend you seek him out if you need extra help finding the right color or product.
