2 prices were wrong when I went up to the self check out area today and cashier could care less and did not want to adjust the prices! Most store home depot and west Boca Raton location! No regular cashiers to talk to and dealing with a nasty self service cashier ruined my day!!

Mead was the most amazing employee. He took the time to help us and work with us to get everything we needed to refloor our bedroom.

VERY POOR "customer service" and constantly has excessive Out-Of-Stock items.

I replace these filters ever 3 months n hope the solution does the job to unclog.

Meade was an excellent customer service rep went above and beyond to help me and get product I needed

Both employees were kind ,courteous, & patient . Their names are Bob R in the millwork dept. & Ben Malgioglio in cust. service . They were both excellent to deal with & solved my problem , both very professional .

The staff is rude, short tempered, do not know how to help. The nice saver at checkout was cashier Todd. He was friendly, polite, humorous... Need to hire more like this team member. I am at a loss at how so many others where hired that fail at nearly everything. The store was also a mess. Items in the wrong spots, placed on any random shelf. Rude staff.

Alex the manager ended up taking care of me his service was great, however, before having him take care of me VALENTINE took care of me, she was very rude the minute I got to the custumer service lane, I placed and online order and they put the wrong item in my bag, very similar but different color, I told her about the mistake and she said no, we dont make mistakes on online orders, I was returning and item completely sealed for the same one different color and she refused to do the return, she then proceed to pretend she couldn't find the order number ask me to wait for the manager making noises like uhgg and being rude, this is perhaps the worse experience I've ever had at Home Depot, for the most part great people work here and the manager was great at fixing the issue, but is very disappointing to come here in the morning and encounter a person like VALENTINE, I'm pretty sure she refused to do the return to not allow me to do bad review under her name.

VERY HELPFULL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY CARRY A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I am a certified contractor and resent not finding enough people on the Home Depot Floor who can help me find products or answer my questions. I used to buy practically everything at Home Depot. Now I frequent the specialty trade stores.

I purchased all of the TILELAB Gloss Sealer for my floors. I've tried several other products and TILELAB is the best I've found that works. Anything other than TILELAB you're wasting your money.

The department manager Mead saved Christmas. He helped me find a dryer on the store shelves that fit my needs perfectly. Without his help I would have had to either wait a week to get the product I wanted or I would have had to buy a product that was higher priced than I had budgeted for.

Gerry at Pro Desk take the time to make sure everything is right and he is a pleasure to deal with. This hot dog cart is the best and the owner is so friendly and funny. Made our whole family laugh and he also helped elderly people with their belongings in their cars in between making our hot dogs. What a great guy and quick lunch before shopping!

The check out cashier from the gardening department could NOT Speak a word of English and could not answer a single question. The last time I checked English was still the mother language in our USA.
