I went to "Customer Service" and asked the red curly haired woman about the product that was listed as 10 in stock and explained that there was none in that location. She was not that interested or friendly, but said that she would call someone. I waited at least 15 minutes and nobody came. The store was not that busy and there were several associates walking around talking with each other mostly. After I gave up on the false hope of the assistance I was told I would receive and I went walking around searching for something that would work. As I was in the paint department, Associate Cayden asked me, "Are you finding everything okay, Sir?" I thanked him for asking and explained what I was looking for. He took time to ask me and then took his time to walk halfway across the store to search for the product with me. Cayden even left the aisle and pulled a ladder into the aisle to look above the stock for possible hidden backstock. We could not find what I needed, but he and I discussed what might work and I left with something that should work. I want to recognize Cayden for being the real customer service superstar and taking true interest in helping people with great interest and enthusiasm. Thank you, Cayden, for turning my experience around from terrible to not soo bad. Cayden is a rockstar and should be commended for his professional hard work and true interest in making someone's day and experience top notch.

Found what I was looking for. Wasn’t too busy and plenty of staff to help. For the most part good inventory however I spent a long time looking for a Milwaukee 30 degree knuckle holder Internet # 203377346 Model # 48-32-2301 UPC Code # 045242269587 only to find out it was online only. I do not like the online only option, so easy to think it’s in store only to find it isn’t once you start looking.

Every time I asked someone a question in installed flooring got a different answer. Seems no one knew what they were talking about.

Friendly store for the neighborhood. Employees don't seem overly educated or skilled in the building trades, but they're as helpful as they can be and are friendly to the customers.

Totally satisfied with all aspects of this business. Even when I’ve had any issues I always left the store satisfied with the outcome/resolution of the problem.

As a previous general contractor, I would use Home Depot as a source of materials. What I often found was either the wrong part in a box, used parts in a sealed box or damaged parts in a box. These were probably returned by less than respectable individuals. The good thing about Home Depot is that they have a great return policy, the bad thing about Home Depot is that they have an easy return policy. So, if it in a sealed box, open it and verify it is what you want, is not broke or used. Take it from experience.

I recently bought a Milwaukee grout cutter for my multi tool and some face masks. Knowing the layout of the store along with how organized the store allowed me to quickly get my products and leave. I also like the emailed receipt option - this allows better organization for my projects.

The Bonney Lake store has removed contractors parking. This is a terrible idea in this rainy environment. The new process is not working, loading one truck at a time. I’m there on a daily basis and removing the contractor parking has made my days harder and longer. Bad idea!

I like that I can get all my garden supplies and building materials at one location!

Amazing how this store seems more and more like a good old corner hardware store...but with all the trappings of a 21st century home maintenance source.

Cashier and cart collector are always on point

I go to Home Depot in many places from Washington to California, Oregon through Nevada, not one of them compared to the Bonney Lake Washington store and crew

There is always plenty of help available and they are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know, they find someone who does. Makes the trip go faster. Also, I like the store because they keep the aisles clear of the restocking process. They must restock at night so we don't have to shop around the mess. Also, one more thought.... I have been shopping Home Depot more online and having rather large items delivered. They got the process figured out so it is fast and efficient. They keep you updated on what is coming when. And if it is huge, they coordinate when you are home and where you want to put it. I ordered a Microwave and they delivered it and installed it and hauled away the old one! I ordered 20 shrubs, and they came packed securely and were in great shape. They have customer service nailed!!

I am very happy with the purchase of carpet. I received customer service that was out of this world, Casey was awesome at the Bonney Lake Home Depot carpet section.

This team that helps me on a regular basis, Lesli (cashier) Cathy (cashier) Angela (customer experience rep) Dusty (loader) Carmen (pro desk) are always making my experience, productive and positive. They are always ready to assist with whatever need I may have. They are the reason I go out of my way to shop at the Bonney Lake store no matter where my job may be. Most of time cannot find an employee to help finding materials. Not this time. Not only did they help but also assisted in getting various merchandise that was sometimes out of reach. There was always an employee within 20 feet of me asking if they could help and with a smile too. Big change from past visit to the store.

AS YOU KNOW YOU AND WHAT EVER OTHER COMPANY IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME IN PRICE ON ALL APPLIANCES. IT IS NOT SO MUCH THE NAME BRAND AS IT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AND THE COMPANY REPUTATION. MY HUSBAND AND I BELIEVE YU HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON IN THE STORE, ALWAYS GET HELP AND CORRECT INFORMATION.L, THE PERSON THAT HELPED US WAS VERY ERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE... THATS WHY WE GO TO HOME DEPOT....

No one knows where or why!

As a professional who visits Home Depot six out of seven days a week, I have visited nearly every single Home Depot south of Seattle to Chehalis. By far the Bonney Lake Location is my favorite. It is my favorite because the staff are friendly and the store is always clean.

Almost speechless and don’t know how to start. I didn’t notice at first that none of the employees that I came across initiate a welcoming greeting/hello or that the restroom was much worse than other locations……did not notice these until after your employee in self checkout and manager couldn’t accommodate my legitimate payment and accepting my old $50 bill. I was told that the cashiers can’t except my 50 bill because the machine in self checkout wouldn’t except it. Manager as well started to down talk my banking institution by telling me tI take back the 50s to the bank I got it from so I told him the truth and said that your competitor takes these 50s and repeated a couple more times for them. Do not down talk HomeSteet Bank they take care of me very well. What y’all should of done was either pullbout a counterfeit marker and check it or called the cops if y’all thought it was fake. What I should had done was not enable my debit card for the purchase and also returned my clients materials I had just purchased and left to your competitor and that location is in Tukwila I pass up 3 competitor locations to visit this one because they just do me good. And when they are wrong even when they are right, they do a very good job just fixing it right for the customer. And later when I noticed that they weren’t wrong, I end up telling them that next time I visit and apologizing and you know what they do, they tell me not to worry about it and ask me what I’m working on or if there is anything I need. They make me feel like I’m on red carpet and that’s when the impulse buying happens I don’t even think about the price nor I regret purchasing. Home Depot only has a small portion of the pie. And it’s just not my business, it’s my clients’ business as well. I influence on where they buy. You guys do have a Home Depot location that I love visiting and it’s Renton and I live in Redmond. I think I pass up 3 Home Depot’s before getting to Renton. I have visited during day and night. Tool guy will actually let me out a Milwaukee into my hands so I know how it feels before I buy or if I buy. Even loss prevention finally has it together over there and notice me as a shopper not a thief. They have a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to close two isles and take up two employees to pull that pallet that is on the top shelf and in the middle of the pallet. Kudos to them. Sorry Bonney Lake none for yall

Logan is best Best person, He always helps me. Because it’s hard for me to grabbing things . Because I am on wheelchair. Mostly every one is nice in Bonney Lake Home Depot. Thanks everyone who’s are doing hardworking for us.

I’ve been to this Home Depot many times. One cashier there “Juliet” is always friendly and very easy to communicate with. Everything else about the store falls flat. The lumber aisles are consistently torn apart and clogged with what looks like online orders. The lumber itself is never very organized or well stocked. Tool rental was really great the last time I used it. Overal Juliet and the tool rental are the only parts of this store I like. The rest is purely disappointing.

They have friendly, available, knowledgeable employees that help think through the fix you are attempting. They join in and figure it out with you!
