I was shopping for fencing material, the 4 x 6 x 8' were kind of heavy and I could have used some help to get them onto the cart but the clerks were busy so I had to do it myself. However I had great help getting the material into my pick up truck.

John, in the lawn mower department, helped demonstrate how easy the lawn mower we chose is to use.

Love this store found everything I needed super fast and the associates are so nice and very help full. The girl who helped us her name is Brianna she is very nice and super help full wish all associates from other stores were just like her.

First off I want to say thank you to Bob our sales associate for providing us with professional and knowledgeable service. I would also like to say that the kindness he showed us along with his patience made me and my Fiancee feel comfortable with spending several hundred dollars on a outdoor patio set. The store manager was gracious to our financial needs and gave us a fair price on our purchase due to the lack of parts on this set. The store associates seem to be quite the team in keeping the store clean/Orgainized and overall maintain any and all upkeep for the store. We were frequent shoppers at another store similar to Home Depot but since that visit we have made Home Depot our #1 stop shop before all others. Thank you Bob and Team Home Depot!

I go to home depot because I like the store. The associates are friendly and helpful. The store is organize and it is bright. I love buying my plants there in the summer. They are healthy and well maintained. It's a good store.

This a very nice store, full of helpful employees. It is well laid out and has a very nice garden department. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of with many entrances & exits. They have great hours.

The associates in several departments helped me with finding items by not only telling me the location but escorting me to the item as well.

Your associate was very Helpful. We had questions about a air conditioner, he didn't know the answer and truthfully told us he didn't. ( I really appreciated his honesty.) But he went and got someone to help. (But he stayed right there with us.)The Man that he got to help, looked it up on his phone, to make sure of the answer. He even showed us customer Ratings, good and bad, the honest approach was so refreshing. Then when we decided to get it. The first associate went and got a flatbed cart for us, and helped load it. Then after check out, He helped load it in the car. He did all of that with friendliness and kindness. Without being intrusive. My Husband and I were very impressed. With your employes. Thank you

We are remodeling our kitchen and a bathroom. Jay, the Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It is kind of overwhelming and he definitely made it less stressful.

Having associates with great attitudes, knowing their departments and products really help us pick out our counter top and kitchen requirements. After shopping in the main store and returning to the garden department, the sales associate went out of her way to show me another variety of lavender plant other than the one I selected when I walked through the first time. She said, "I have been looking for you to show you this one." I was impressed with her caring and friendliness!

My husband and I went in looking to research some rather expensive patio furniture and look at our options for purchase. One of the associates, Gene, saw us sitting there pondering and jumped in to help, giving us all our options and helping us narrow our selection while providing in store availability vs online options. He wasn't pushy at all ,just helpful and friendly. He even offered to help with our delivery! Everyone we dealt with was helpful and made the experience so painless that we decided to purchase everything we needed right there in the store rather than wait and purchase online. We've always had great customer service while in the store and we will definitely be back!

The cashier, Annie was very friendly, offered to help load the 5 gallon bucket into my car. Alex in the paint department was very knowledgeable and helped me with affordable paint brushes, made sure paint match was perfect!

Pleasantly pleased with the variety of spring/summer annuals and perennials available at this location. I was able to easily find a cart and fill it with Drop n Bloom annuals and zonal geraniums for my pots at home, and treated myself to a beautiful planter for my front porch. There were plenty of sales associates in the garden area and cashier, Bree, was efficient and personable. I really enjoyed my shopping experience!

A Sunday morning on a beautiful day when homeowners are out doing yard work and need supplies and plants and HD has checkout open or the gates open in the garden department?!?! Push the cart with big bags of soil and manure through the store to the other side and one cashier open and the self checkout?!? Luckily the self checkout person was very helpful and put me through there. Really poor management! Tried to find Vitamin B1 for transplanting and no luck. No luck finding someone to help as they were all outside the gate watering plants I guess?!?

Recently took a hanging herb garden class with Heather K. She was very knowledgeable, fun, and calm. She had many more people show up than expected and just went with it. This was my first DIY class and I am looking forward to taking more in the near future, especially with Heather! Thank you Heather & The Home Depot!!!

The associate in the paint department mixed up the stain I needed. Very good attitude, professional and friendly. All the associates encountered throughout the store smiled and said hello.

Going to home depot I didn't expect to walk in and be asked if I needed help. This amazing and friendly cashier Brianna told me right where to find everything I needed. It was great no effort and was so polite. Very professional calling me sir. I have to recommend checking out with her.

I love the store but I needed help with 30 garden blocks. No one was around to help. Load the cart and then my car was difficult.
