I bought a “brand new” dewalt pole saw today. After getting home, I opened it to find that it was obviously used before. It was covered in oil and packed with debris. I live an hr away, so I wasted my time and money trying to buy something and now I have to turn around and waste more of my time so I can return it or exchange it for an actual brand new one. Do returns not even get checked anymore before being put back on the shelf? If that’s the case, I guess we should all just use the item for what we need it for and take it back to get a full refund so I’m not out any money. I guess I’ve learned my lesson and won’t ever leave a store without opening my “brand new” item to make sure it hasn’t been used. I didn’t notice the oil on the box until I got home. That was a red flag. They keep these under lock and key, so an associate had to grab this for me and then escort it immediately to the register so I wouldn’t steal it. Why steal it and I can obviously just use it and return it and the next customer and deal with the mess I made.

Home depot did everything they said they would bought a lawn mower on Friday afternoon they delivered it Saturday morning. The young man delivering the.mower was courteous and very nice. Stayed till I started the mower and was helpful.

We go to Home Depot first for all our home items when it comes to hardware and anything they sell. My husband is a retired veteran, so we deeply appreciate the discount which helps us keep within budget.

Home Depot is my favorite store. I always go in for a certain item(s) and I always find what I need. Whenever I can't find what I need or have questions there is always an employee around to help me. The best part is how kind the staff are and how helpful they are.

It only shop at HOME DEPOT. Love the way they come up and ask if I want help to find something and they have a great stock of home supplies and they have great prices and they have special sale ads that they put out often.

My wife and I purchased a microwave oven that I saw on the Home Depot website but was not in stock in the store. A lady in the appliance department was very polite, kind, and helpful. She handled our purchase quickly and was very efficient. It was delivered to our home in two days and arrived in perfect condition.

I was helped in the appliance department by Bryan. I had purchased a dishwasher in 2023 and had bought the extended warranty at the time of purchase. I contacted the company that handles the extended warranty and was told the part I needed for my dishwasher would not be covered under the warranty after being sent to multiple people in the course of the call. I asked for their assistance in purchasing the replacement part as well. I was told they don't do that. I had no issue with that , although I felt the part should have been covered. The person on the phone told me I would need to go to a Home Depot store to purchase the replacement part . Once I came to the store and spoke with Bryan , he called the warranty company and it was determined the replacement part was covered. Bryan went above and beyond his job to help me. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with the representative of the warranty company. Once it was determined to be covered by the warranty , Bryan went to an online website to order the part as well. This is what customer service is truly about . Bryan deserves an infinite number of stars for going the extra mile for me to assist me. I knew I made a great decision purchasing my dishwasher and some other home appliances at Home Depot. The customer service experience that I had in this visit just further made me know I had made the best choice of where to purchase what I needed. Many thanks to Bryan for his assistance. An employee like him is an asset to Home Depot. Thank you 😊

Home Depot is my favorite store. I enjoy just walking around and looking at all the things I can buy to improve my home. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store 10 out of 10!

They have a wide selection and helpful staff. And more importantly to me they still have a DEI program and attempt to treat everyone fairly.

From the first moment an associate saw us looking at electrical switches, he immediately offered to help us. This is the very first time that has occurred. Many a time we have had to look all over for someone to help.

When trying to purchase electrical products there was no one to help me, even though I asked for some to be page to that department. I ended up leaving

Management’s a joke!

Ordered a ridgid tool packout that was on sale online to pick up in store. When I went to see if was ready I asked about a couple more tools chests that would go with what I purchased online. The associate and female manager both treated me like it was below them to answer my questions and that I was ignorant for asking to begin with and both walked off. No reason for the treatment.

Bowling Green Home Depot employees are always smiling and helpful. I have a closer Home Depot but totally opposite of this store. I always drive farther for that. Thanks employees of BG Home Depot.

I have been to all of the home improvement stores here.one will not even acknowledge that you are there,much less ask you if they could help you..the new one in town is higher in price and as for your rebate well your stamp will cost you more than the rebate that you would get back..is this a joke? No really.

My wife and I recently bought a refrigerator at this store. Delivery will be made in a couple of days. Sabrina in appliances was great. She was so helpful and friendly. The store had exactly the refrigerator for our needs and it was at a good price. We will definitely shop here again.

Going to Home Depot always reminds me why I continue to return. A great selection of high-quality merchandise, reasonable prices, but above all outstanding personable employees always willing to help. I have no reason to look elsewhere.
