Prior to this visit I thought that the customer service at this store was poor. Previously it was very hard to find an associate to help and when I did find one, he/she was less than enthusiastic. I had told my husband that I didn't want to shop there anymore. However, this visit was different. We found associates to help us and the cashier was excellent! She encouraged us to open a Home Depot credit account and helped us do it. We ended up saving $75.00 because of her friendliness and effort. I'm willing to shop there again! Thanks!

While shopping we talked to several employees in the different parts of the store. They were all very friendly and helpful, especially the Pro desk and the electrical department.

The cashier, Leslie, provided a great several minutes of joy and fun. Not only was she extremely helpful and cheerful, but encouraged me to open an account to save $$$. She was energetic and fun. Clearly one of those people in her mid 60's who loves working at Home Depot, and made my day!

Came in for a chainsaw after a big storm. The shelf was empty but the associate took me to a display that had what I wanted. Very fast service.

Found what I needed and found help right away. They loaded material on cart. Fast check out and had help loading.

My in store experience was great up until check out, then it dropped off drastically with only two Cashiers, that I saw and I really don't care for the (self check-out).

Had to go hunt down an associate to assist me but once I found him everything was amazing!! Very friendly staff.

Cheryl Christensen was a wonderful associate and helped me very much in my selection. She asked appropriate questions about wear patterns and advised me to purchase another type of carpet that would better meet the needs we have. She should be recognized for her outstanding service and knowledge of the products.

I went in to rent a paint sprayer and ended up purchasing one but I couldn't be happier! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the products they carry! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

I was looking for a certain product for treating my damaged trees after the storm... I was unsure of the product name but I called the store ahead of time and they told me what it was and insured the they had it in supply and that I could find it in the gardening department. I made the trip to the store and located the item quickly and was on my way! Very convenient!

The associate at the check out help me find some gift cards and also was very friendly older woman.
