Love the location and it has everything we need. It seems to have new products and a bigger selection of products than othe Home Depots.

Customer service is on point ! Associates are very helpful

The store was clean and well kept. The cashier was friendly and moved at a quick pace getting people through the line. The only thing I didn't like was trying to find an employee in that big store just to get a price check because a) there was no price tag where I got the item and b) because they don't have price scanners throughout the store. I definitely recommend it and will go back again.

This store is basically always clean and has the merchandise I am looking for and cashiers are friendly.

I purchased an assembled gas/charcoal grill there today. When I got it home, I found missing small and large parts, grease pans, bolts, nuts. The store should have made sure all parts were on the grill and functioning properly before letting a customer take it home.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great service! Good work guys and gals.

Employee Tracy went above and beyond her expectations to help myself and my husband. She was at self checkout and she looked up what we were looking for on her phone, she told us exactly where the product was. Please give thanks to Tracy for helping so much. Props to Tracy. I am very happy with my recent purchases at Home Depot on Naamans's Road in Claymont, Delaware. The salesman was very helpful and efficiently. I could not ask for better service.

I shop there when visiting my three children. Since I save sales tax, I try and make any needed purchases there while traveling from out of state.. Store is busy but staff always seems friendly and helpful. Stock layout is little different from my home state store but the hunt is part of the shopping challenge for a retiree with some time on my hands.

I recommend this store mainly because there are not many other choices. Different departments lack sales people as much as half the time. Those from other departments, who try to help, are not knowledgeable in the needed department.

Friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE employees, focused on making your trip a breeze. Haven't seen this type of customer service from Home Depot (not this store, 1st time through) in many years.

The employees at this store on Naamans Road are very courteous and friendly, always asking if they can help you find what you're looking for. The store is very clean and the shelves are well stocked. It's my "GO TO STORE" for everything I need around the house, from Light Bulbs to Plumbing Supplies, Hot Water Heaters, and Cleaning Supplies, plus Bird Feed for our feathered friends in this snowy freezing weather. There was a time when I avoided this store because the employees were not so nice but now they are as nice and helpful as the Miller Road store.

This store is just GREAT!!!! Can't say enough about it! Every time this confused, single, older lady goes in there...they're sooo helpful! They immediately see the confused look on my face! LOL Always offer to help! This trip?!? In and out in 10 minutes!

STORE WAS CLEAN AND I FOUNDED EVERYTHING I NEEDED

I would like to let you know that Jackie Chirimbes, design consultant in Claymont Delaware, is really a great, outstanding employee. My husband and I stopped by your store the past Saturday and planned to select and purchase blinds and shades for a four-floor house, which is a big, time-consuming project. It was the first time we met with Jackie Chirimbes. She had been patiently, professionally assisting us for almost 6 hours. She was supposed to leave at 4pm that day. However, our selection hadn’t been completed by then and her colleague called out that day. Jackie chose to stay with us, still patiently, kindly and professionally, until 6pm!!! Despite working for extra hours, she was not in a rush at all and tried to make sure every piece of our selection was correct and perfect. In the end, we purchased around $2,000 value of blinds and shades. And because of Jackie, we could finish our purchase that day, without the need to come back again.

I have been coming to the Brandywine location for years and have never had any problems. The goods and services of this location are exceptional. I would recommend this store for anyone in the tri-state area.

On this visit the staff was readily available to assist us and were most friendly. Thanks much!

Pro Desk associates are awesome! Store manager Jason is really smart, hardworking and very reasonable guy! He will work with you to make sure everything works out well for customers.

I had a problem my visit a week ago. The Manager Demar Grey made this visit much better. Everyone was very nice. From the return desk, Marcia, to the people in the tile section Ty, Mikey and Stephanie. Check out was very smooth and friendly. I still have a lot of home projects to do and I WILL be purchasing from this store again!

Wow, this Home Depot had the best team in the pro/lumber department. The store is neat and organized. The wood stacked beautifully and the professional assistance staff is second to none. We are in this Home Depot nearly everyday. Don gets us set up with our lumber cart and helps load us up for Evelene at the register. Adolpho is right on the ball with gathering supplies, picking out limber, helping reach supplies that are stacked high and he is efficient, professional and gives advice with a smile. Can't say enough about the crew over there in Claymont. Kudos to consistent, stellar work.
