Head cashier was supposed to call back

This visit was one of the most awful visits I have experienced from home depot...As a consumer yes we have option however I choose to spend my money with Home Depot and on this visit while I will give great compliments to Jackie from appliances and a young man name Ryan....who helped us in one area the gentleman Marcus in building supplies did not represent Home Depot at all on this visit while these reviews may not carry much weight it is important that upper management understands how critical it could be I am a pro member at home depot by choice and the encounter with this gentleman was in my 20+ years very unprofessional and sadly it did not matter to him one way or another how the customer felt.....It was interesting to watch how some of the associates dealt with me as the customer recent surgery has temporarily places me in a electric scooter and not being to familiar with Home Depots ADA policy if I was a consumer with a permanent disability this shopper experience may have been not just a Voice of a Customer it may have been a little more serious....it is with my sincere hopes that this survey is looked at by management and that those who were NOT a great representation of home depot are addressed as well as those who were are also such as Jackie, Kenny, and Ryan these three associates were great

I went to Home Depot Brandywine to buy paint. I wanted to buy paint for my garage. I was procrastinating to begin with and dreaded going in the store and finding someone to help me. I didn't have to "find" anyone. An employee came right up to me and asked me if I needed help. From there, it was on. She answered EVERYTHING and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, friendly and had my satisfaction on her radar. I asked her for her name before I left because I had all intentions of going online and letting cooperate know all about her, when I read my receipt and it asked me to take the survey. I already knew what I was going to say. Her name is Beverly Lane and she deserves kudos. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such a caring employee.

Propane return/replace system does not work. Store is dirty - hard to sell an appliance with a heavy layer of dust on it. Back of store had impassable aisles. The aisle displays are not organized. The store manager needs to actually walk the store and instill some pride in the appearance of the store . . . you know, actually "manage"!

Terrible customer service. No hello, can I help, thank you, nothing. Employees are rude!!! I send in surveys any time I have to go there but nothing changes. Need new management at store. Customer service is a choice! You choose to work in it, act accordingly. Gave one star because they don’t allow “zero stars”.

Clean and helpful store

The product was easy to find.

I went to the home depot after seeing the product I wanted was available in the store. The shelf was empty so I asked an associate for assistance finding the in store stock. He told me the website was wrong and I should go to another store. I explained what I was told to the store manager as I showed him where the product was located in storage out of reach. I will take the associates advise and I will go to a store that begins with the letter L (the home depot site rejected my comment when I types the l store name out). I now reject the idea of spending money at home depot. Thank you unknown associate for the expert help in figuring out which brand is better.

I went to Home Depot Claymont, DE. Had a lot of questions and Roman was so kind to help me. He answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to help me find all that I needed. I got home and I was able to finish my project. Thanks Roman!
