We came from NJ because we were doing other shopping in the area & were very impressed with staff at this location.

I was very satisfied with Priscilla Lancasters help in designing my utility room with cabinets. Mrs. Lancaster was professional and answered all the questions my wife and I had. I would give her an A-plus for sure.

I have always liked the Claymont store. After talking to Jane Rondepierre in kitchens about all the options for our kichen rehab, we will definitely return to this Home Depot.

Doing projects around the house, I visit HomeDepot often and always find what I am looking for or ideas on other ways to do my job. Prices could be a bit better. Other nearby store often beats HomeDepot prices but is about 10 minutes more down the road.

The associates were available and friendly. A nice shopping experience.

The Customer Service is always EXCELLENT!!!! Someone always available to assist.

I hate SELF CHECK Out but Tamika help me out! She's nice and patience.

The cashier was great! She is always a big help to me when I shop at the Brandywine store.

I am in the process of finishing my basement. Home Depot had everything that I wanted under one roof (electrical, paint, flooring, etc). I was very pleased with the support that I received from the associates in each department.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, friendly staff ....easy, quick in and out !

When every I visit the Claymont store I am always sure to check out at the customer service desk. The associates there are truly a pleasure to work with.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. But I' d the Homedepot store could make more lower prices than other stores.

I double checked item availability on line and it stated that 18 were in stock at this store. I arrived to find none and that they didn't even carry it. It took me a little while to find an available associate but he was extremely pleasant to deal with. The gentleman went well out of his way when we could find the product. The store has many helpful employees but the website needs work.

Thank God I was not in a hurry. I had to order 11 doors for a job and it took over 1 1/2 hours to do so. The computer system is so slow and you have to go out of the system for each door. This is about as dumb as it gets that a mulit million dollar company would have such a poor system. I always go after hours because I can't afford to waste time during the day. Please for all that place custom orders, get a new system

Store was clean and the products that I needed where easy to find. Staff offered assistance if I needed any. I have been satisfied with all the Home Depots at Claymont, Stanton and Lee Blvd.

I have had great experiences at Brandywine and most cashiers are friendly when I go through checkout however I mostly use the self checkout line.

I found everything I was looking for in a short amount of time. This I liked because I do not like to hunt for what I want. I asked associates for locations of items and was directed to the right area the first time.

I love the location of the store. I love the prices. I don't really buy anything from any other hardware store. It's great.

Store was very clean. I found the associate at the customer service desk to be helpful, friendly and well-informed. Your lot attendant who helped me load my order was friendly and very helpful.

We walked into this Home Depot on the evening of a holiday weekend to purchase a gas grill. We were immediately greeted and helped by sales associate, Maggie. We then decided to buy the assembled grill and needed helped getting it in our suv. Sales associated Brian then helped get it loaded while Maggie took me to customer service to pay and purchase the propane tank. Both took such good care of us. Excellent customer service.
