Overall experience was good. Friendly associates especially the cashier. well stocked store.

I needed to replace my main Sump Pump which had failed. I got in the store, found what I needed & was able to get checked out quickly. This helped me to get back home to complete the project quickly.

came in for a replacement fluerecent lightbulb and a few tree stakes.

I have not had a problem at this Home Depot, I have been to other nicer Home Depot but this one is fine and is closer.

I often use this Home Depot as it is on the way to work in Wilmington, DE. I enjoy stopping here to shop as very rarely am I disappointed with my experience.

I know the store layout and i am very comfortable shopping there.

Easy to obtain the merchandise and what my wife wanted me to get.

I needed to buy a lawnmower and had researched what I was going to purchase before I came into the store. I walked in and the lawnmowers were readily near the door. A store associate kindly walked over and asked if I needed help and explained that I wanted to buy a Honda Lawnmower. I was standing right next to it and he helped me put it on the cart. As I was buying it for my son for his first home explaining this to the associate he told me I made a great choice. Going through check-out the young lady was very personable and nice(that is all your looking for when you are spending your hard earned money) and asked me if I needed help putting it my car.(Which I did not. The whole experience took 15 minutes and my wife and I were on our way home with our purchase. Thanks Home Depot!! And keep up the good work!! Tom

My grandfather and I have been to this store multiple times, and evey time we go, there is ALWAYS a cutomer service associate nearby to assist us- no matter what department we are in! We are especially fond of the Lawn and Garden department. They are extra helpful!!! Always offering us assistance, and offering us help to the car.One time, we were in the parking lot, trying to figue out how we were going to get an item to fit in our car, and the associate who was in charge of the carts that day, offered to help us! We didnt even ask! We love coming to this Home Depot!

If you work in Delaware and you commute back up north to PA or NJ, I would recommend this store. I get off 95 heading northbound to pick up my online orders and I save on sales tax every time.

The attentiveness of the associates was great. They located the items I couldn't, and made it possible to view and decide whether or not to purchase them.

Was easy to find aisle and products I needed and the associate joe in the garden was very helpful.

the store was bright the associates were helpful , the aisles had to much in them and their wasn't enough checkouts

I was very happy with the assistance that I received from Customer Service. Not only was I able to return the blinds that were 1" too wide for my windows, they had an associate bring the size that I needed up to the counter.

Cashier was very helpful. The assoicate was also helpful.

I used to complain about how rude the service was in this store. Over the pay few years those rude guys seem to have all disappeared our become suddenly more friendly. It's obvious this staff has been coached in dealing with customers. This is a good lesson for other retailers. HD Claymont is my favorite place to shop now.

Store location and service is good, parking is not a problem, but egress is miserable. One lane out and usually backed up with customers trying to exit the lot. Just a poorly laid out parking lot exit. Especially near a holiday.

I wanted to buy Behr's Elastomeric exterior paint but the computer wasn't able to mix the color. I usually can find everything I need. Hopefully today the computer will be repaired and I can purchase my paint.

I used garden center not sure about store cleanliness. The associates I encountered were very polite, helpful and friendly.

Not sure of the woman's name at the Pro desk, but she was great. People like her are why I come to Home Depot!

The store clerk was extremely helpful and when the product I was looking for was not in the Garden shop, she found someone to help me.

Mya in Customer service and then another day at checkout was outstanding, we left the store both days with a feeling of family. And Jackie in window treatments presented us with many options and great ideas that we will be using Home Depot when needed for our entire new home currently under construction.

The store was clean and checking out was seamless, great customer service.

I have been shopping at this store for 8 years. It is one of my favorite places to shop. The store is very well organized and the associates have always been friendly and helpful.
