We purchased blinds for a sunroom a while back which were perfect and the installer was incredible! (25 minutes start to finish including unpacking!) We were in desperate need of a fridge/freezer to fit our previous model and HD was the only box store with the right size in their warehouse. No searching for help either time and incredibly friendly staff.

The products are excellent quality and the pricing is good.

All the workers were so nice and helpful. I had two big boxes that I would have never made it home with had they not have helped me secure them. Thankful I went by this store ❤️

This store has employees who go above and beyond to help the customer find what they need. I does not take long to reach a live person via phone. I had the best experience with getting and item over the phone that was out of stock at my home store. Will definitely visit here again.

this store is always clean, plenty of product and what really strikes me is that when I go through a department, even if I am not buying, the employees greet me and if I am wearing a military ball cap, they always thank me for my service. A great store and in particular, Diana (cashier) is especially helpful.

All the staff were super helpful to me and especially Ron who knew exactly where the item I was looking for was at down to the bay from memory. Also helping me were Jim and Chris who found the item I was looking for when I had overlooked it on the shelf. Thanks guys for being so sweet and helpful to me!!!

Rudest customer service ever. Had an employee glare at us and follow us around shoping for a lawn mower. Watche us try to find a cart, struggle to get it off shelf glaring at us and giving us dirty looks the entire time. Refused to speak to us when we asked about the lownmowrt then followed us while we did our shopping in lawn and garden till we checked out and stares at us with a dirty look the entire time we check out. Worst service every. Disgusted I even spent my money there.

The Home Depot #3038 Branson was very clean and neat. The Appliance Specialist was very helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect Washer/Dryer combo that I needed. He also took the time to help me understand the things to expect and be prepared for concerning the delivery and set-up of the unit.

I was very impressed with 3 female employees at The Home Depot. All 3 were helpful. I was not trying to seek out females, it just happened that way. All were efficient, friendly and cheerful.

As a contractor I’m usually in almost every department within a year. I sometimes have to look for other products on line, but I prefer my local Home Depot as my first choice because the people are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, and make my day! In a Covid world when stores are trying to hire enough people to just come to work, I feel that the Home Depot has kept up the knowledge and the overall training of their employees, during these difficult times. They go out of their way to help you find what your looking for!!! Thank you Home Depot!

Johnnie and Ted in paint are always really helpful and experienced with paint. They are my go-to guys when I have a painting project. I am not a fan of Behr products, and they help me find alternatives, even though Home Depot is brand loyal to Behr, and they do have other (read: BETTER) paint. They have both saved me time by knowing what they're talking about.

I am generally "5 star" satisfied with Home Depot. However, a few months ago we went to Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. Our refrigerator had quit working, and we had taken our food out and were using our chest freezer and ice chests to keep our food usable. We saw one on the floor that was exactly what we were looking for. The salesperson told us that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get one like that. He suggested we could buy a smaller one to use until the other one became available. I asked if we could purchase the one on the floor. After consulting with his supervisor, he came back and said that they couldn't sell that one because "it would leave a 'hole' in the display." So, we went to another home improvement store and they delivered one the next day. I still use Home Depot regularly, but doubt I will shop there for any appliances in the future.

I Love Shopping at this location. The food is very good. Prompt and they are always nice.

In this store are many helpful, knowledgeable, down-to-earth employees who will stop what they are doing to listen to you, help you troubleshoot an issue or figure out what you need for a repair. Many of the employees are (or have been) professionals in trades, so they offer experienced opinions and solutions to many maintenance / building / repair challenges. Employees are plentiful at this store, not hard-to-locate, like other chains. I have consistently friendly service, and can't recall a time being disappointed, ESPECIALLY when compared with their competitors. Branson Home Depot is full of All Star team members who go out of their way to help you. Thank you!
