Very happy with the customer service and support finding products to complete my remodel bathroom project .

I needed to get me a new box cutter for my overnight stocker job at a nearby market. This new tool will definately get the job done for months to come. I will definately be shopping here again, it was worth the visit. Thanks Home Depot!

I visited Hime Depot to pick up paint and supplies. The woman at the paint counter was very helpful and pleasant which overall made for a terrific experience.

I purchased this online because it was not available in store.

Parking needs to be paved lol. I mean I’m pushing a full basket with wood, concrete, stone and other things. Having a commercial account helps. But overall great location.

I’ve been shopping at the store for a long time and as a contractor my one dread about going to this location is where to park. The store is laid out with a huge parking lot on the left by the garden area. No one uses it. The reason is is the entrance doors and the exit doors the contractor pick up Are all on the other side of the building. The only thing on that side of the building where the huge parking lot area is is the garden center. There’s never any cars there and people are fighting over spaces and customers are taking the few pro spaces. There are. To make things worse, they put the rental center on that side so now all the rental equipment that’s parked outside. Takes up pro customer parking. They need to move the rental center to the other side by the garden center if they don’t want to do that they should at least move the rental vehicles over to that side And give us contractor somewhere to park. It’s a big issue when you’re working hard all day. You have to park your truck on one side of the building walk the whole length of the building to go in get the material you need check out and then walk the whole length of the building again back to your truck to load it. This problem is easily fixed. They did it in several other store locations throughout New Jersey.

I bought a shallow well pump and I was offered the help I need to complete purchase.

The worst service, with no explanation of how to do things, I rented a truck and a digging machine and they don't explain it to anyone in need of doing it, terrible bad service

So far the freezer is living up to my expectations and the associates in the appliance department where very helpful and friendly

Tom was very helpful in assisting me with an over the range microwave. It wasn’t in stock in any of the nearby Home Depot’s so I ordered it and will be delivered Tuesday.

Recently bought a new commercial oven for my home , not only was our saleswoman knowledgeable but she was also extremely helpful, professional, I highly recommend Ciara.She went above and beyond for my husband and I , I wish all of your associates were as helpful. I have been a home depot customer for 20 years ,while trying to pay for mypurchase my card with a $0.00 balance was declined ,Ciara called credit line and thank goodness, she found out that my card had a false address and that someone in Indiana had somehow gotten hold of my information, with the help of credit team a new card was immediately issued.I can't express my gratitude to Ciara for all she did to help. Thanks to Ciara for being an exceptional employee at the Brick ,NJ store..Home Depot is very lucky to have her ,I will never go anywhere else for my appliance purchases.

I find myself at the Brick home depot just about every weekend and I always find what I am looking for!

I would like to see more native plants for sale. The public is ready.

Coming in for specific items they are always easy to find and check-out is easy.

My wife and I were stumped, and couldn’t find the right bracket for our floating deck. Then, John comes along and offers to help. He took the lead recommended all sorts of different solutions to our problem. Kudos to him!

Everytime I go in the store and ask an employee for something they direct me to the right location

This is my usual location for home depot. I found what I needed and a little extra, as usual, but this trip was much better because of the cashier. Never met the guy before but he was helpful, pleasant and made the trip more enjoyable. You should look for more employees like Tyler.

Store had ample employees to help without wandering around for a long length of time to get help and if an employee could not help they called someone who could.

I was looking for a specific flower seed which I could not find. I casually asked while at the cashier and she (Kim) tried right in her HD app to try and locate the item. Very friendly and helpful....unusual in today's world. Thanks Kim

I have had Kim as my cashier twice both times she is rude and incompetent.
