I always like to get my gardening products at Home Depot.

I've been working on multiple home projects since January 2025 and have been a frequent visitor to Home Depot during that time—sometimes three or four times a week. Many of my purchases were made online, so returns were often complicated and time-consuming, requiring order numbers to be tracked down and processed. Throughout all of this, Latanya and Yessica have been consistently outstanding. They are always helpful, incredibly patient, and never once showed frustration, even when the returns were lengthy or repetitive. They would even step in to help when another associate was about to assist me, ensuring I was well taken care of. Coming into the store last week, I hadn’t seen Yessica in a while, and catching up with her felt like running into a kind neighbor once the weather gets warm—a familiar and genuinely pleasant experience. Both Latanya and Yessica have made a stressful renovation process so much smoother through their professionalism and kindness. Home Depot is lucky to have them, and I’m truly grateful for their support throughout my home improvement journey.

My exposure to associates Mitzi (Garden) and Joel (Parking Lot) was the most pleasant experience I've experienced in quite some time. Both associates worked cheerfully as a team, addressing all of my needs. If anyone wants special service, ask for these two. They were GREAT!!! Again, Mitzi and Joel, thank you both so much.

WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!! HAD TO PICK / HAUL / LIFT THE PANEL MYSELF _ I COULD HAVE BEEN HURT LIFTING THIS MYSELF _ EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE AND DID NOT EVEN ASK TO HELP JUST LOOK ON. MUCH LESS TRY TO HELP

If you look online for pricing of an item, and have the store fill it for a will call pick up (or shipping), the price MIGHT be different from actually going to the store and shopping for it and checking out yourself in-store. WHY IS THIS NOT FALSE ADVERTISING? How do you know if you are making the right choice between online/app pricing or in-store pricing. You'll only know if you go to the store and compare between shelf-priing and online/app pricing. SEEMS DISHONEST TO ME.

I was shopping at the store. I couldn’t find anything I wanted and any time I stop someone to talk to and ask questions they wouldn’t be available. Looks like they’re hiding from you. Nobody wants to help very here, bad customer service.I will try to stay away from this store.

Stay away. The manager down to the order pickers are the worst ive seen. Manager is not a manager. She is a piece of work to say the least. The only people that worked are the older white woman and a younger white woman. Everyone else just stands there not willing to help like u r disrupting them. Worst depot ive ever stepped foot into. And i havent since.

Always have probles at this store. I took a bad Rigid battery in to exchange it, and was told that unless I bought an extended warranty I would have to go to a "rigid store" to return it. I explained that it was a lifetime warranty battery, so there was no need for an extra policy. There's no such thing Rigid store afaik-- Home Depot is that. They then said they do not warranty any item bought there except Husky -- they specifically mentioned Milwaukee as having no warranty.

The pro desk is such a great place to check out with contractors. They are very professional and always thorough with your items making sure they aren’t double charging or if any of your products are damaged. The amount of people working there that are amazing are too much to list but the top 5 would be zeny, Melissa, Adrianna, Irvin, and alisia. Will always come to this Home Depot for my projects.

Beautiful people that work at this store

Came during xmas week to buy fresh tree. Asked for assistance to cut the tree, overhead paged twice, NO ONE CAME! Also their signa should be clear. They got big handwritten signs for 50% off all fresh cut trees. Then theres signs with prices of the trees BUT it wasn’t written there that it was already marked 50% off. All along I was thinking, I would get 50% off from the price listed. Such a tactic.

The sales woman was very helpful very efficient. And everyone else we encountered that morning was very friendly and greeted us. It was a pleasant experience.

Thanks for all the help and helping me find things I needed for my home tiles doors woodwork, and all came together very nicely. Thank you.

I bought several items and may be coming back for a stove. Service all around was great.

I purchased a new double sink 4 months ago the strainer broke sorta disappointing

The day I visit the store, there were hardly anyone around to help me. Also the checkouts was being manage by one employee when there were 7 checkout stand and customers were waiting. However there were 4 employee in the customer service department, which should have helped at the checkout stands.

Like shopping at The Home Depot at the Brickyard. Great selection of indoor plants at affordable prices. I recently purchased a beautiful Calathea, very healthy and strong roots. This is my number one place for indoor and outdoor plants.

Going full auto check out. It's nice to have a couple of auto check out stations but when you try and get rid of all the cashiers that's crazy. they only have 2 people working registers and they are always full because not every body wants to ring all their stuff themselves!

I went to Home Depot many many times in the last five months and they’ve always been helpful and made it less stressful for me to deal with trying to remodel my apartment upstairs

No easy assistance provided for questions. Mostly no one wanted to help, and would just direct me to an aisle. I finally found someone to assist.

This store at the Brickyard is out of control, the music in the overhead speakers are not playing corporate music, the employees are on there phones at the point of sales, employees are yelling and laughing out loud at each other, I heard one female employee refer to another female employee as “hey you, new girl” thats your job! Management is non existent, i asked for a manager s as nd she said “for what” well you gonna havta wait! Employees are seen congregating in twos snd threes doing nothing just talking…i had to wait 30 minutes to get overstock, very stressful shopping environment to say the leadt

The only problem I have with this location is that its parking lot is dirty. I know this is a big parking lot and it's hard to keep everything nice and clean especially when some customers constantly dump garbage everywhere. This is expected in this location as it's low income area.

Met Reyes in Garden Dept. He loaded and helped me bring the product to checkout. Checkout was a seamless experience. I was ensured I would receive assistance loading the 25 bags of mulch into my vehicle. An associate arrived to assist! Great service!

I needed some help regarding an electrical item. Salespeople was friendly & gave a good explanation.

Don’t rely on their online “in-stock” items for this location. A 7 year customer of this location because it’s closest to me 75% of the time they don’t have it. Store is EXTREMELY dusty and they don’t wipe sale items down before displaying them (big items). Not to exaggerate but it seems like they clean the store once a year. Customer service lacks quality. 60 percent of the employees there genuinely care about assisting customers. The other half show no pride in their work ethic including management.
