employee never ask me if I needed help never offer to help or did not ask me they did not approach me at any time un til I ask for help in the check out register employee did not greet me at any time .

My wife and I went to purchase new kitchen cabinets. Patty was our associate that helped us through every step of the way. She designed our layout after giving her out measurements and worked hard to make sure that we stayed within budget for both the cabinets and counter-tops. Will highly recommend her as the designer for anyone thinking about kitchen remodeling.

Had to return a damaged toilet purchased on line and shipped to home. I was fortunate to process the return and reorder with a customer service rep named Julia. It was a pleasure to be assisted by a competent, professional and friendly rep. If I need any help at this store, I will ask for Julia's help. Outstanding service.

The most important thing for me is to get the right tools and be on my way as soon as possible. I phoned the store before arriving & spoke with Erin in the Contractor area. She answered my questions about the availability and specifications of the Milwaukee power tool and blades that I wanted to purchase. She also gave me the quickest route to the store from my location in Oak Park. Once at the store, Erin had everything ready & completed the transaction quickly - getting me on my way in less than 5 minutes. With the temperature at about 6 degrees outside, even my dog waiting in the car appreciated that. Fast, professional and friendly service is the best. Thanks Erin!

I was just looking for 1 item, but I had no idea where it was. I asked an associate who pointed right to it. I was in & out of the store in under 10 minutes.

This store is like the Target of hardware supplies. The associates are great, I can go online and find out what products are in stock, and the aisle number. They also had a lot f winter products that I needed.

Home Depot is the first store that I shop for household needs. When it comes to home improvements, it is Home Depot that I first think of!! I love the selection and service.

I got no complaint at all this store it was neat when i was there and i found what i was looking for

AL made my experience the best. I didn't know I needed some items to do a project, already spending up to $400 for this project, not to mention other ones, Al's knowledge and attentiveness made it easy to spend the extra dollars. Other associates were great also, but Al takes the cake..... I am unsure how many Als are there but he is the African American gentleman approx 50 years young.

The home depot has all the items you need and I like looking up the items at homedepot.com and finding out the isle/location of item. I always compare the prices/selection versus lowes. Finding the location of the isle where the item is at means that I don't have to hunt down associates. I would give 5 stars but one of my previous experiences I waited about 15-20 minutes for associates to close down an isle, get the lift to retrieve a bathroom vanity for me. I understand their safety concern but associates took their sweet time. Other than that minor inconvenience, my previous visits were prompt and I found my items right away. In my current visit, I bought sanded grout/buckets for my renovation. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

I love hardware stores and Home Depot is one of the best. Friendly associates and plenty of things to buy!

While the availability of needed stock is good, the signage could be better over smaller items within the categories. I found it necessary to contact an employee in order to locate my products.

Your Associate Laura was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me and even taught me how to do it myself with smile on her face. I was a Customer Service Manager and I know how important is the friendly interaction with Customers, well Laura did an outstanding job! thanks!

The layout of the store helped me find my products fast.

My fiancé and I walked in with an issue for locking up our garage after a recent break in to a neighbor's. Steve provided us tremendous help without having to break the bank. He is very knowledgeable and really a nice person to talk to. He took the time to show us the correct way to install the items as well. It was almost easier than tying my shoes. Can't wait to go back and talk to Steve and see what other advice he has.

I was very pleased with the upkeep of the store. The associates were helpful. The cashier was polite. I just appreciated the overall great shopping experience.

This is the best home depot in Chicagoland. Someone always approaches me to help out when I'm walking around and they are always able to fully assist me in finding what I need. Heather and Leo in the appliance department are SUPERB! They know what customer service truly means!
