Needed elbow joint in plumbing aisle employee was right there with ladder to get box I was in and out in less than 10 minutes way to go

Was looking for frog tape and couldn't find it right away. the staff were great help.

I have been a customer of Home Depot since you arrived in the Chicagoland area. It is refreshing to see that Home Depot is going back to what made you number one...CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Patty the cashier that took care of me actually took time to ask me if I had found everything I was looking for after she called me over to her register while I was waiting in another line. Great to see that you are going back to your roots.

For last 2 years I’ve been making over my small back yard, which looked like a desert the year we moved in. Since most of us are on the tide budgets it is challenging to have something done for a little money, and my garden was the last on the improvements list. I have been so lucky to meet Elizabeth, one of the associates in the garden section. With her help and recommendations I was able get so many beautiful plants and shrubs. Now I’m a proud owner of a small “Wonder Land”.

Over all good experience, My husband and I have been in and out , since we bought a home.This location has great associates, that are willing to assist us in what we need.

Love the plant choices and materials. Plants are in shade or sun as required and watered. My favorite place to shop. HOME DEPOT ....

It was so nice to be greeted with a smile and ease of processing a return of a product purchased but not needed.

Very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by several different people in multiple sections of the store.

Michael from Doors and Windows help me on two occasions and he was very attentive, patient and took time with us to make sure our order was correct. He even walked all the way to another department to help us as well.

I needed a plumbers snake, which was not in stock, and a strong drain cleaner. I found a Sales Associate, Michelle in another department and she helped me immediately. Michelle was extremely helpful and friendly. You need more people like her to be willing to offer help and get things done!

From the moment you walk in the first thing you see is a big smile from the person at the door, as i continue to my destination and along the way you come across other associates welcoming and wanting to know if they can assist you or if i have any questions. I love this attention and to know that if i do have any questions that there is always someone there that has the knowledge to assist me.

Fred in the paint dept. took a great deal of time to help answer all my questions and made me feel like I could actually get this project done. Thanks for all the help. My check out lady was great too! Sorry, I didn't get her name but she made paying a little less painful!!

The service desk employee offered to deliver my purchase of four lawn chairs when I was unable to fit them in my car. I gratefully accepted her kind offer and later that same day, Karen from the service desk delivered my chairs to my home after she completed her shift at home depot. What an amazing employee!

Thanks to Home Depot for stocking the up-side down Tomato planters! And for a huge selection of Tomato plants!
