I always have an easy trip when visiting the Port store. Employees seem so much nicer and better trained to assist me with my needs.

No help in finding an item, no help in loading up what you purchased, long lines, and skip ordering online means a bigger wait there. YOU CAN ACTUALLY GO TO THE AISLES, GET WHAT YOU NEED, AND CHECK YOURSELF OUT FASTER THAN PICKING UP YOUR ORDER AFTER THEY HAVE EMAILED STATING IT IS "ready for pickup"

Ordered, and paid for a microwave online to pick up in store same day, with 2 in inventory. Husband went to store 1hr later to pick up. They had nothing for him, stated they had none in stock. False web information. We will now get in next week sometime.

The outside garden was not so friendly, but the inside garden employee greeted me.

My husband and I went looking for a particular set of washer and dryer and needed some assistance. As usual no one was around so we decided to leave and just order the models online. As we were walking out a young lady was up front, introduced herself and asked if everything was ok and we told her what we needed so she offered to help and took us inside to a register, I provided her with the model numbers, I also informed her I was interested in opening a credit card, she assisted us with that as well. Larissa was an absolute delight, with great customer service skills, I would recommend that store to everyone. Although she was busy, she had a great attitude, didn’t hesitate to help and smile the whole time. I would think Larissa would be a supervisor after I noticed her 5 year badge and her knowledge. You definitely need her management skills.

As a Pro member, the check out line had only 1 clerk, while the other 2 stood around a monitor chatting. At no point did they address the 5 person line. I requested assistance and no one showed up to help. this is not a surprise as Home Depot staff are NEVER around to help.

I was looking to buy all items for a full bath remodel but had no success in an associate helping me.

Everything is easy to find & alot of options when shopping for what I need when I need it.

I purchase the majority of my supplies for my job at this location. I really like shopping here, because everyone is very helpful and friendly. I may not remember all of their names, but I remember all of their friendly faces.

The staff at this store are friendly and very helpful. If there are items that are not in stock the staff make it very easy to order them.

Purchased a new GE Profile refrigerator. Great buying experience.

I purchased my bathroom Vanity, lumber and I was very pleased.

My husband bought and electric saw he had to bring it back because of a small screw missing the young lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful and polite and had a beautiful smile

Bought no float mulch, a small refrigerator and lighting recently. Am pleased with the quality of each and the shopping and checkout experience. Oh, and this Home Depot is easier to get to than the other HD store in Corpus Christi - less traffic congestion.

I got what I had ordered and it was delivered early. Just wish they had called me to let me know it was being delivered. Other than that no problems.

When, I bought the stove, Eve and Angel treated me very well. Evelyn explain about the Stove when it will arrive and what will take place.

Very professional and very knowledgeable people at pro desk

Purchased items over 2000 dollars with scheduled day for delivery. On day of delivery online tracker says order on its way. By noon time got message transaction would not be delivered till next day. Next day came and I phoned store and verified with employee that order is being delivered this day. By 7:00pm I call store for assistance on lack of delivery and literally stayed on phone over an hour for help but no one would answer the phone. Order never delivered. Manager finally answered phone at 8:15pm and said order was not scheduled to be delivered which is not true because I got an email stating otherwise and also verified delivery with his employee. Then was told issue was inventory of what ordered is not in stock. Again another false statement because I personally ordered the items in the store with a sales person and every item I ordered was in stock. Then told that Oder will not be delivered till two more days. Rediculous!! Seems to me they just failed to properly schedule the delivery and instead of telling the truth they issued false statements. If I was the manager of the store I would have apologized for our misssgivings and made sure the order arrived to the customer the first thing in the morning even if I had to reroute the delivery schedule. Lastly to top things off was charged a delivery fee when order was for free delivery. Terrible customer service. Staff and management need to be retrained. Not interested in your sweepstakes but am intrested in proper retraining of staff and management on customer service. Over

Waited 25 mins before I pull a guy who had to help order pick and didn't know system when the girl who worked returns couldn't help less than 5ft away and was walking kid thru helping others. Pathetic customer service

I went to make a duplicate key, i was very impressed with the service and the equipment that Home Depot has. So amazing what modern technology can do.

I have been buying all my tools and materials I need for my at home projects , I love this store, and would recommend to anyone that is a diy customer ECT .🙂 Also the staff is amazing and always willing to help with anything u need. Also my granddaughter loves the shopping carts

The workers are never around when you need them.

We drove over an hour to get wood and got lied to about the machine working. This tends to happen often. You have to ask more than one employee. Management was rude. No customer service what so ever.

This store seems to be the one that always has what I am looking for in stock. The employees are willing to help find what you are looking for even they are busy trying to get a display setup.

Great store, great staff, great experience

We asked for help with lumber multiple times, nobody would help, or call someone who could help. Nobody working in the lumber area was certified to cut lumber. Cashier Leticia was the rudest cashier I have ever encountered. I've been a retail store Mgr for 28 years, I would be mortified if my building was ran the way this one is.
