Very cordial and professional at the paint department

The store was very clean and the associate was very helpful when I bought my windows. She was very knowledgeable about windows and doors. Michelle the Mill work specialist was awesome. Thank You!

Store was organized and clean with enough associates available for the customers at that time. Bathroom was clean and in working order. Associates were friendly and helpful. Would recommend better signage for the Isles...

The gentleman in the paint department was very friendly and helpful. Wish I could remember his name, but I'm sure he knows who he is. Just don't want great customer service to go unnoticed! (8/17 10am)

No store associates available. When I FINALLY found one all they did was tell me to go to the customer service desk. The cashier is the one who was actually helped me.

This store has friendly helpful people, very clean and easy to find stuff you need and even some stuff you don't need but want! Lol!

Greeter was on cell phone but rest of the employees were helpful. When we asked where we pick up online orders she pointed behind her somewhere and never made eye contact.

The isles Where a little cramped with cart being loaded and people trying to get by. Could not get in Loading area because of the people parking and shopping instead of pulling into the loading zone after making there perchance. This is a problem at all of the HD Stores and need to be addressed and all managers enforce the loading area rule. Not good management to make other people load large lodes in the parking lot.

Great store...garden center employees wearing iPods and playing on phones. Told us they would not be getting vegetable plants for the fall it is too hot. Funny because so many winter vegetables grown in South Texas.

I search through the Home Depot website. I found what I was looking for. When I went to the store, the associate was there to help me. Store was clean and their were appliances available for me to see and choose. The associate was very helpful in showing me what the Store was offering. My decision was quick and so was she. If you are looking for an appliance for your home or for someone else. Please go by. I like going to the Store on Port Ave. I really get the help I really need there.

I SHOWED UP TO HOME DEPOT WITH AN IDEA OF WHAT I NEEDED TO DO, BUT NOT EXACTLY SURE WHAT SUPPLIES I NEEDED, I WAS LOOKING TO INSTALL AN OUTLET BOX ON MY BACK PORCH, I WAS LOOKING IN THE ISLE SEARCHING FOR SOMETHING I COULD USE BUT NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED, ALONG CAME KEN, HE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP, I TOLD HIM MY PLAN, AND IN TWO MINUTES HE HAD WHAT I NEEDED IN MY HANDS, EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. NOT A PART EXTRA NOR A PART SHORT.

Finding my items was easy thanks to a cashier name Juan. He told me about the home depot app. And with that my shopping went by quick and easy. If you have not gotten it yet, I would recommend it. I had a problem with self check out. However, Juan was there and walked me through it step by step. Thanks Juan. Everyone at the store is friendly and knowledge on any project. Great place to shop.

The staff always knows what I need next for my project. If a particular person is not familiar with what I am talking about, they seek further assistance. I have never walked out of there dissatisfied.

The store was clean, was greeted immediately in the parking lot. By the same young man on several occasions. It's good to see same friendly faces. Gives you a good over all fill as to the great job Management does to keep there staff.

This store is more on top of it than any other Home Depot in town.

Everyone was very Helpful and accommodating! I came and found what I needed without trouble and if I needed assistance someone was always available.

The store is always clean, associates are friendly, I visit and purchase a lot, Ive purchased kitchen cabinets for 5 different projects already, Dora from kitchen and bath is very knowledgeable and treats me like family, Mario from plumbing department is also a very friendly and very knowledgeable with plumbing products, great attitude, makes me keep coming back. Its a great feeling when store employees know you by name and appearance.
