I went to get a couple chainsaws yesterday. The person that helped me was extremely helpful. Even helped load my car. Really happy with the service at Bridgeport WV

Love their paint and supplies.

Bought the dishwasher on sale price. The salesman said he could give an additional $50 off didn’t look at my receipt till I got home. He added the 50 to the sale price then took $50 off. What a salesman scam good business Home Depot.

I continue to shop biweekly at the store, during my Doctors appointments.

I want to thank Dana & Johnathan with our flooring. They were both very knowledgeable, understanding & patient with us. They helped us with quotes , picking out the type of flooring & explained how the process worked & the different types of products. Absolutely excellent customer service ,they went above & beyond for us. I also want to give shout outs to Heather & Paul who helped us along the way as this has been a month long process. I want to also recognize the young lady who helped us with our refrigerator purchase again she was very patient & understanding with us. She was knowledgeable & personable & helped figure out the size & product that suited our needs. A plus service all around. You have an amazing group of employees that work at the Bridgeport store they deserve to be recognized. I really want to thank these employees for going above and beyond your patience, kindness & expertise. Looking forward to our flooring install after our second measure & our new refrigerator to be delivered & installed . Thank you again Dana ,Johnathan & the young lady in Appliances. One line at Home Depot I receive a military discount but the Bridgeport store doesn’t allow me to get discounts in store.

Anytime I'm working on a project, this is my go-to store for just about everything.

Employees are always helpful. A person can just look around all they want to. Or, a store employee is available to help find what you are looking for so that you get back to whatever you were working on. Employees will help load your vehicle if requested.

I still feel more employees are needed. I’m always searching the aisles for some help. Once found I’m always helped, but takes a bit to find help.

I recently visited this store for some plumbing supplies and advice. I was assisted by Rob, who did a wonderful job.

So the Bridgeport WV store is at the top of my list for HDs. I’ve shopped at many HDs and this particular store actually has very nice and very helpful employees. Ive shopped at HDs in Pennsylvania,NJ and WV. WV is clearly the best.

I had to return an acrylic clawfoot tub. When I opened it to begin the installation, there was a crack in the top of it. I had purchased it more than 90 days ago and feared I could not return it. Kylie did so without hassle or question or hesitation. The process with seamless. She was present knowledgeable and understanding. I must travel two hours in order to get to the store, I will most certainly do it again.

We came in the early afternoon knowing exactly what I wanted and walk around trying to find someone interested in helping a customer. No luck. Its like the whole store of employees have forgotten why the store is there. This was a big ticket item not just a screwdriver or paint brush that I wanted to purchase and no help. I finally went to customer service and had them page someone.

Every time I go into the store, there is always someone there always asking if they can help and 99% of the time they can and they do very conscientious and polite and considerate employees that you have at your store in Bridgeport thank you

Always a good experience at this store. Friendly employees and if one can’t answer a question they will find someone who can. Store is always neat and clean and not in disarray.

I was trying to have Home Depot design my kitchen but they have not responded as they said they would. I tried calling and after a long wait they said he would call me back and that was two days ago. Still waiting…..

We moved here from Florida always help when needed. Here not enough employees that specialize in department you need help in.

Tub and shower and I was really happy, and my shower head I got is amazing

Mother in law is a senior citizen. She had to load and carry full sheets of paneling alone! Asks for electrical box extenders, was told they was out. They had 50+ I got that same day!!! Worst hardware store ever!!! Ace actually cares and helps her.

Nice clean store with friendly staff

We bought $750 of materials for a new floor. Associates helped pick out lumber that was straight, equal in thickness for subflooring and not warped. Then they loaded it in the truck for us! The cashier had us out the door in about 10 mins from when we got in line. This is always our home store!

We purchased a new washer and dryer and the staff were very friendly and helpful great store

The store wad neat and clean and everyone asked if I needed assistance and I needed 4 items and thanks to clerks help was in and out with 5 items in less than 10 minutes

I understand finding a workforce these days isn’t easy. However, there needs to be adequate training and a lesson on professionalism prior to turning these children loose as a cashier. Asking for a Gift Receipt should never be an issue. Especially when you’re asking for the cashier to perform a duty they are tasked to complete. This cashier Kelsey ruined my experience to the point I’ll chose another store before I have to deal with her child like behavior. If this is the workforce that’s being hired at this Home Depot, then I’ll shop elsewhere for my DeWalt hand tools.

Judy at HD checkout is superior in her customer service. She sold me room sized rugs in perfect size and color.

Kenny in plumbing is awesome if you need help! He answered most of my specific questions and stayed with me to help me find the items on my list even through his shift had ended earlier and didn't get impatient or try to rush me. The item layout in plumbing doesn't seem very logical though.

I prefer that the store leave at least three registers opened during last three business hours. Having the so-called one register (employee register for employees buying stuff) is dumb. Leave at least one self-checkout register, one regular register and then also the employee register. As a customer I should NOT have to stand and wait behind an employee making a purchase when I could've used the one self-checkout register. Instead an employee tells me the store has theft thru self checkout. Home Depot has a Mass mailer problem that sends out to unsuspecting people merchandise not ordered so that Home Depot can appear to be a good Seller?!?! If Home Depot knows of Mass Mailer and does nothing to change- WELL, then don't close all but one register which happens to be for employees, but instead leave at least three registers so that when I go to shop as I did yesterday, I wont have to wait behind an employee making a purchase (instead of suspending employee purchase so I can get going thru). If home depot can put up with their Mass Mailer issue, then I think the local store can 'deal with' self-checkout theft and leave at least ONE REGISTER OPENED.
