I was looking for an odd item. I entered the store and was greeted immediately and the woman was very pleasant. I asked about the item I wanted and she gave me the area I need to go. I was greet by a nice man who walked me to the item and I proceeded to the checkout. Young man there was very pleasant and I was on my way in less than a half hour. Good experience at this store.

I was very disappointed at the variety of flowers in the garden section. Not even any impatience flats. Very hard to put together nice flower pots. Find myself going to local nurseries for my garden needs.

needed air filter for furnace...got directions and comparisons as to why one was better than the other, and went to cashier. 2 minutes in and out....nice!

Store was clean no dirt or products in the wrong aisle. Prices are unbeatable.

always use the store in Bridgewater because of the staff service and product availability. And if I need assistance the staff is always available and willing to assist and provide recommendations. A real treat to shop there.

Associate helped me with the material and the instructions I needed to do a bathroom tile repair job something I had never done before. She took a lot of time with me and helped me and allowed me to do a little hands on from a class she earlier conducted on tiling.

Store is well organized and kept neat and clean, even your bathrooms are well maintained, and that is a very good for business.

It was easy to find the aisle I needed. I did go to the employee who was in the square where she had been mixing paint. I wanted to make sure I had the right section. When I asked her a question about the product, she helped me right away and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of use and price. She was eager to help and so upbeat. I left feeling very successful in my purchase and of the entire experience. All stores should have employees like this one. Outstanding!!

Kenny assisted in my purchase of a remnant of vinyl flooring needed to provide a safe place for a dog that I rescued who is blind, and his compassion and generosity that day in the store will never be forgotten. Kenny gives a whole new meaning to the words "pay it forward".

Store Associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about products. They provided guidance on flooring, fences, window treatments and frameless shower doors. Typically, I research online before purchasing in store. Store Associates reassure me on my purchasing decisions.

The associates at this store are so friendly and helpful! Every one that I have talked to has had a great sense of humor, has helped me find the tools/hardware I needed, has explained how to do things, and has gone out of his or her way to answer all of my questions. I recently went to a different Home Depot for some plumbing supplies. Unfortunately, the associates there were not as friendly and helpful - they were actually somewhat condescending - so I won't be visiting that store again. But here, I have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff. Thank you for helping me and for leading me to being more handy.

THIS STORE AS IN ALL HOME DEPOTS IS CONVENIENT HOWEVER IT LACKS THE FRIENDLINESS THAT WAS IN THE EARLIER YEARS AT THE DEPOT

The Garden Center was stocked with a variety of flowering plants and with an array of colorful planters.

Had to return some surplus items which I had purchased to complete a project. I had my receipt and the refund was processed quickly.

Great place to shop for garden supplies. Great plant and flower selections.

I bought four bags of mulch successfully for 8 dollars

I recently researched the purchase of an air compressor for home & workshop use online. The 6 Gallon Vertical compressor sold by HD has gotten many favorable reviews, went on-line and found out that the HD store on Rt 202 had several instock. I did not need a bevy of air tools as I previously purchased them. The Associate in the tools section quickly helped me find and out the purchase with the appropriate Air hose and fitting for connection. This made the whole experience quick and correct. I've since put the compressor to use without any issues. Thank you!

I love shopping at your store, especially during the spring season. Great quality and quantity of plants and shrubs! Your associates and cashiers (especially Tyana) are always so upbeat and positive, and also very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to have someone smile at you while checking out. It makes spending money so much easier! :)

Went in for an inexpensive glass patio table. There were none on the shelf but the website and their inventory showed 3 in stock. Sales associate, Anna, went the extra mile to get them brought up front so I could get one and not have to come back the next day. Polite, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Ran into her a couple days later and she was just as helpful. I find most of the staff there to be so.

Happy with help that I received and the friendliness. Also everything I went there for they had
