This Home depot is only about a mile from my house. I probably go there at least 6 times a week. I know most of the employees because i go there so often. Great place to get the things I need.

It was an excellent experience at this Home Depot location where contractors and the average shopper for their home can find good materials and service. It is the place to go for your home shopping needs.

Very friendly and helpful.

I find the overall quality of products purchased from Home Depot to be of decreasing quality. As an example, I bought a rake and it snapped a weld on first use, a springy hose and it sprung a leak after a few uses, some cabinet hinges with screws of soft metal that it is easy to strip the slot on the head - I finally replaced these. It's becoming increasing difficult to get help from employees while in the store. Many times, I have asked the cashier to call for an employee to help me. I recently needed to purchase magnet catches for some kitchen drawers, I searched the aisle for a number of minutes and couldn't find them, I looked for an employee in the aisle and couldn't find one and finally went to the desk in the front to ask for help - the employee there told me to go to the aisle, I explained to him that I already did that - he, with some condensation, came out from behind the desk and in a huff took me to the appropriate place and left. If he would of stayed for a few seconds he would of been made aware that all 6 wooden bins were empty. I find empty shelves to be more and more an issue. (one last thing, why don't you consider increasing the length available for comments in other places from 500 to 1,000 or more characters).

The associates in Kitchen and Appliances were extremely helpful and friendly.

I enjoy shopping in this store more so than the one closer to Bound Brook on Union Ave even though it is 12 miles farther from my home. I find the store to be cleaner, the employees more helpful and friendly and most importantly available and the shelves are well stocked.

I was picking up an online order, when Tracy, a store employee noticed a potential problem with the box. She insisted that we open the box and inspect the items. Sure enough, some things were missing and the boxes probably returned previously. Not only did Tracy quickly correct the error she also offered additional discounts and insisted on me accepting it. This type of experience makes a faceless big-box store into your community store, I was thoroughly impressed.

There isn't another Home Depot store that compares to this one! The staff is full of knowledge and are all very friendly. They are certainly doing something RIGHT. I would drive out of my way to have this better experience. This should be a "Training Facility" for all the other stores in this region if it isn't already!

Only the best most qualified people work here. Loren is my favorite. He's so dedicated.
