IT IS A PLEASURE TO GO TO BRIDGEWATER HOME DEPOT, SINCE THE ENTRANCE THEY GREET YOU WITH A BIG SMILE, THERE SOME ISLES THAT THEY HAVE AN ALARM AND A CAMERA THAT SHOWS THE EMPLOYEES YOU NEED HELP LOOKING FOR SOMETHING, NOT EVEN A MINUTE AN SOMEBODY IS THERE TO HELP YOU. THEY HAVE ENOUGH PERSONNEL TO HELP YOU WITHOUT YOU GOING CRAZY LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND THE ATMOSPHERE IS HAPPY AND FRIENDLY!

The Bridgewater store is excellent and clean. The workers are helpful and knowledgable and if they do not know an answer to a specific question they point me to someone who knows. Discounts are always going on and I really appreciated the new homeowner discounts.

Kevin the machanic was so amazing, helpful smart, went over and beyond himself to help me out. Very grateful, turned a bad situation into a great one. Right to the point and would not even take a tip even though he totally deserved one. The other men in Dept were also very nice and helpful. Great experience highly recommend.

The employees of every department I visited were super helpful and didn't make me feel like an "ignorant woman". A previous visit to a nearby lumber store, the response was quite the opposite. I felt very comfortable asking for guidance and everyone was really friendly.

I went with a thought that I want to buy a Stain for my Deck and it should be water proof and long lasting. The Lady in the Paint Department was really helpful, she was not only courteous but also she was knowledgeable about the products, she recommended me to buy the Oil Based Transparent Stain that really came out great, perfect after it dried looks better than the neighbors...

I was shopping for pressure treated lumber. Some of the signs were not labelled, so instead of guessing i asked an assocate. He seemed like a new guy himself, but he handled himself pretty well. He went to find a senior guy, but could not find him and decided to cut the extras from the storage shelves up top. We got the wood down and to the registers, where he was scolded by one of the other associates (who just showed up to start his shift) saying that because he cut the wood from the top shelf it could cause a hazard. I felt kind of sorry for the kid so i told the senior guy what happened, and he apologized to the kid (after explaining the hazards of his action). nonetheless I put in a good review for that kid, and maybe next time the lumber will be labelled better.
