IM HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING I'VE BROUGHT FROM THIS HOME DEPOT. THE ONE PROBLEM IS THEY KEEP ADDING ALL THESE BOXS OF THING AROUND THE PRO-DESK IT MAKE IT IMPOSSABLE TO GET AROUND WITH OUR ORDER!

The items are neatly displayed and easy to find. Customer service is excellent. Checkout is quick.

There's never lumber cards here I'm a contractor and I can never seem to find a lumber card it don't have enough I'm not the only guy that complains about this we've even spoke to the store manager I see guys wandering around trying to find a cart the few they have are usually loaded with crap or someone else's special order which I understand but then they should order more cards how can I get product out of the store without cards I've actually left the store to go somewhere else because I couldn't get a card to put my stuff on and a lot of the aisles I'm trying to get through the store with 16 ft lengths of molding and you can't even get around they got crap everywhere it's a mess other than that everything else seems to be fine just needs a little fine-tuning

I was forced to find a new Home Depot as my Home store when I moved my business from South Plainfield, NJ to Somerville, NJ. This store is run extremely well. Even though I have not met the manager, the store associates are helpful and friendly. The store is stocked well, clean and easy to check out. I frequent the store for my handyman business 5-10 times per week. My favorite associate so far at this new location for me is Rhonda at the customer service desk. She is super friendly, has a great sense of humor, and rolls with the punches! If everyone in the world had her attitude, this would be a much better world. Recently, she helped me solve an issue, and did so with a smile. What more could I ask for?

Paint department is second to none !

I recently went to store #0947 and unfortunately the experience was like many I had previous. Items not being in stock and no employees in the departments I need them at. This past visit I didn’t speak to my first employee until I went to customer service and was assisted by Alexander. Alexander was a very nice person and did his best to help me.

Horrible experience. Why the need for a driver license to get store credit on returned gift card purchase. Why do they need all the information the license contains? I did not have to provide photo ID to purchase, so why gather all my data to get store refund?

went to this store to buy some mulch. Customer ahead of me gave the cashier Aretha a tough time about the price one of her plants rang up. customer was giving her a lot of lip about having to go back inside to have the price adjusted. Aretha kept her cool and kept the line moving while explaining the store policy. great associate

You will get every thing in HOME DEPOT, just know what you want to BUILD

Kalela, a cashier in your Bridgewater, New Jersey store, assisted me in getting a heavy purchase to my car. I am 71 years old and greatly appreciated her help and her lovely smile.

Always have great service when I go to my local HD

Store is convenient located near rt28 and i287. Inside store everything is clean and properly shelved; easy to find things I need with HD app or ask for help from super-friendly staff. Customer service (if I need to return sometimes) is fast and helpful. I would recommend to the store manager to keep the front raw (from customer service and down to registers) clean from “boxes with items for sale”; the store is getting cluttered.

My first time at this Home Depot location in Bridgewater, NJ, very clean and friendly employees that were very knowledgable about different products

I bought 5 doors and the salesperson (Rosa) was fantastic.

Kalela was so helpful and took the time to help us with opening a credit card. The staff is very friendly and polite. The store is clean and well stocked .

Allways find all i need, never run out of stock, good prices, updated inventory in machinary.

I have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house. The store has gotten worse and worse over the years. It's to the point where they don't have a lot of items, products are thrown everywhere and blocking isles and the employees flat out lie to you about inventory. I have personally helped customers there because I feel sorry for them. When they need help, they're not getting it from most employees.

Bridgewater Home Depot-Rd 28 it's one of the worse store ever. They do not treat their customer with respect at all. Do not go there.

I always come in this store for our home needs, but one particular visit I felt appreciated as a customer. We threw a bunch of questions at Rosie in the door department and she was able to answer every single one (even my husbands questions, MR. FixIt) - thank you ! Great experience

I bought carpet & cancelled my order to buy Luxury Vinyl Planks. Sales person helped me cancelling my previous order and create a new order for which She had to do a tons of complex calculations and product search. She kept my cost benefits in focus while building the order.

This store was close to me and usually had most of what I needed. Now, they're HORRENDOUS. The store is an OSHA nightmare. Many isles are impassable due to the amount of crap in them. It's not clean either. The employees, are getting WORSE. When you ask for help and show them something is in stock but you cannot find it, they'll lie and say inventory is screwed up or...just DISAPPEAR.

Jaime, in Lumber, was extremely helpful, professional and offered excellent service. He also thanked my husband and I for shopping at Home Depot. He is truly an asset to your company.

Don't let one worker say they don't carry an item when their website says they do. That's what a rude woman told me. I showed her online that they do carry it and she blew me off to another worker. The other worker KATIE was awesome. Went above and beyond and found the product. Wish I had the name of the older rude woman. But KATIE found the item, had it brought down from a top shelf, cut open the box (while 2 men watched) and gave us the 6ft table (while 2 men watched). Please recognize KATIE - great worker!!! They are hard to find these days.

Always a pleasure shopping at this store.

There on 3/7 to get stuff to repair my lawn. Upon check out Ellen was helpful with her direction. I bought more stuff since she told me where to find it. She is a great face for the service at this HD
