The store associate that I interacted with was very friendly, easy to speak to and attentive. He was able to recognize that i needed assistance before i even asked for it. he knew the location of all the items i required and was able to educate me about some of the intricacies of the job i was preparing to do.

Directed to purchase Rigid Belt Sander which allowed me to smoothen and plane wood transitions.

I always get a lot of technical advice on DIY problems, this time on the particular type of stain and dye to use on wood laminate to tile transition pieces.

I highly recommend your store to everyone. Even though the promenade store is closer to me I make it a point to visit store 0962. I really appreciate the front-desk and even the managers help every single time I have an issue. I also really appreciate the appliance managers in appliances help. I tell everyone that I get it at store 0962. I also use the online ordering for pickup in your store and honestly the store deserves an award. Keep doing what you guys do. Awesome customer service and every store should be striving to do what you do. You guys are awesome.

Not a single store associate to be found in the the lumber dept. Waited 25 minutes to have someone finally arrive to cut lumber. This was after having an associate paged who never arrived. Finally got someone passing through to assist me. Aisles were an absolute mess.

Store a bit dark. Needs more lighting, especially in back of store. Not always easy to find help especially with LPG tanks. Wait too long.

The store is clean and well organized. The Associates are Professional, knowledgeable, Courteous, and Helpful. Gary in Garden was a Blessing. Gary unloaded the Sod and Lawn and Garden Soil for me. Went here to buy shelving, tiles and flooring for my basement project. Once we found an associate to help us they were most helpful in walking us through the options and helping us making selections

Store did not have accessories for the item, I wanted to purchase. Therefore, I bought a more expensive one that I do not like and will return it to the Monmouth Junction Store. this is not my first bad experience at Bridgewater.

Not happy simply because I route myself according to the store route, so I stop in for materials and not only the product wasn't in stock I had to rumble through whatever was there. So that was time wasted, then I go grab a faucet, well you had the faucet except that they were all opened, I did not bother after that I just ran out the store upset. Time wasted.

I was helped by Vince of Tools for Rent for fixing my nail gun((Porter). Also Kevin of the same dept was very knowledgable of the Home Depot Customer Service campaign

The store layout is very organized and the isles are wide enough for people to get through. It is also labeled well to find what you are looking for. if not, a customer service rep can always be found.

I ordered my products online and they were ready for pickup at my assigned time, which was 4 hours later. I received E-mail confirmation that my order was ready. I went to the store and the associate got my order and printed a receipt. The whole in store process was less than 5 minutes.
