I shop many different stores in my business, but this store is #1 clean, neat store with good employees who seem happy to be there.... It doesn't get any better than that!

Opened a credit line and had a problem with emails/profiles. Olivia corrected the issues quickly and with a smile. She was phenomenal.

I always have such a wonderful experience shopping at Home Depot #2603 in Bridgewater, Ma. The employees are friendly, helpful, and most recently, very welcoming with “good morning” and nice smiles.

The employees at the paint section were VERY helpful, and we were able to match the paint color that I needed to finish a project.

I have shopped at this store many times and Sean is always very helpful. He always greets you with a smile and genuinely wants to help!!

I love this homedepot! Always well stocked. Amazing employees! I could go on and on. I’m at this store quite often and I’m so grateful that this location being very close by is well managed, so well stocked.

Home Depot is a great place but the Bridgewater MA store #2603 is fantastic! Helpful friendly staff who are knowledgable.

8/12/23 I went to get a bagger for my Troybilt riding lawnmower. The associate name Lauren was busy helping another customer.. I saw the associate name Salem ask her if she worked at home and garden? She replied “No, but I will you”. The item was on the top shelf.Salem went & got a stair ladder. The item was bulky. She said would slide it to me. As we was trying to get the item down a male shopper came over to assist. This was a team effort. Outstanding Customer Service. This tell you what type of customer (s) shop at the Home Depot of Bridgewater.

I truly am very impressed by the Bridgewater mass store. I find the employees and management to be kind, friendly and very helpful. They never just tell you what aisle a product or item is, they walk you over to the item. They go out of their way to explain. They’re kind to all customer even the pets that frequent the store. I enjoy shopping there!

I live 1 mi from taunton's Home Depot. I drive all the way to Bridgewater to go to that store. For some reason I like the layout better and the people.

This used to be my go to store. I now travel for a Home Depot because, like the other local ones, it is horrible. Service is poor, plants look like they’re abandoned once they’re put on the racks, nobody is friendly. This place used to be welcoming. Now the customer is an inconvenience.

After purchasing a large item in the Bridgewater MA store, two young male staff attempted to load it in my vehicle, but quickly gave up saying it was not possible. They went back into the store as I called friends and family to find help. However, Michael from lumber department (not even the department my item was from) saw me outside looking distraught and went out of his way to come all the way outside to see if he could assist. I was SO GRATEFUL for his kindness and aptitude, as HE was able to load the item safely in my vehicle so I could safely transport it home. It's not that often an employee will seek you out on their own to see if they can be of help, and Michaels willingness to do so was so very appreciated. Home Depot is lucky to have him as staff and as a consumer I am inclined to continue to shop there because of people like Michael.

Dave M. went above and beyond my experience at the store. He helped out to apply for a Comercial Credit Card. Also helped out on some other issues regarding my credit card. He made several phone calls to address the issue. Even called me to follow up on this issues. Helped me out on my purchases of materials. Always friendly with me and everyone else. Also explained the perks of my CCC. Also Kyle B, Jin L and Mike M all from Pro Desk awesome associate They gathered all the materials.

Doing a home renovation and visit the store almost daily. We’ve become friendly and on a first name basis with some of the staff. They’re always very helpful & so nice. Shout out to Andrew & Joel !!

The staff were friendly and easily available, and the store was clean and well stocked.

Associates informed me of a warranty I was not aware of on a battery. Saved me a bunch of money and went above and beyond expectations in todays lacking customer service world.

Mike signed me and my wife up for the Home Depot points system. I forgot what it was exactly called lol.
