Cashier Jan took time to help me check out on self check when it was very busy. I don’t like using them. She made a joke and said if I do it for you it’s not self check out. Great service. Great personality

this home depot store is the cleanest, and neatest home depot store I have ever visited, everything is in its place, and the employees are obviously well trained. I go out of my way to shop this store. I manage many properties, and go to this store even if its out of my way. I have had dealings with a couple managers there, they are fair, very knowlegable, and treat me with respect. this is easily the best home improvement store within the 75 mile radius that I cover fixing all my properties. I remodel kitchens, and baths, being sure to transport all my fixtures, cabinets etc myself, knowing its worth going out of my way to deal with this store!

Rude customer service the girl Beca acted like she was inconvienced to wait on me. There was no one else in store. She was so rude beyond belief doing my return. Slammed the scanner down never said can I help you ? Or thank you. Awful awful customer service. What an embarrassment to this store and the manager.

Associates are always willing to help either assisting you to find an item or lending a hand to load something into the truck. The store is well stocked and clean. I enjoy shopping at the Bridgewater Home Depot

One of the cleanest HD stores I have visited, and the nicest looking HD stores visually from the exterior. Ie: brick exterior, Cornice moldings, green metal roof.

I FIND THIS STORE TO BE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP.

Attempted to order an out of stock 8 ft step ladder from customer service, they informed me that they were unable to place order at that time (it was a Sunday) they took my info and promised to call me the following day on Monday, I never heard back from anyone. I ended up purchasing the ladder from another home department store.

Honestly,can’t answer for the whole store but based on assistance that was received in a particular department leads me to think highly on this store.Looking forward to more positive shopping experiences in other departments at this location.

My wife and I were in the Home Depot over in Bridgewater yesterday and had such a great experience. Mike K was the employee that helped us with everything from tile needs to window treatments! Such a great guy! I also want to mention the girls at the customer service counter - they were awesome as well! I highly recommend going to this store for any upcoming projects you may have!

staff was very friendly and helpful. i shop at lower or home depot all the time i prefer home depot sometimes location is the issue.

I had to return an appliance wrong color, my mistake, they staff made everything seamless, The model I wanted didn't come in the color so my contact Joyce even selected some models for me to select, review and purchase when I returned the original appliance. Excellent friendly ans helpful customer service. Everyone in the appliance section was anxious to help.

The employee that helped me did a good job considering he was new. The cashier that helped me was awesome! She helped me open a credit card account and apply $25 credit to my purchase with ease. However there was a woman Carol in the front office who was very condescending to an employee and an associate on the phone. All in front of me the customer! I found it very unprofessional!
