Double check your receipt for your veterans' discount. They now combine it with other discounts and will not give you the 10% discount unless you insist.

Couldn't find half the items I was looking for. No associates around except for cashier. Cashier was great but had a horrible time and will always look for something at lowes first due to always having issues at Home Depot. I always regret going to Home Depot since I can't remember the last time I had a good experience or even someone greeting me.

Bought Ryobi 40v weed wacker last night, May 12 , came back tonight to get some help with it. Young guy named John from Garden Dept. was really helpful. Got my problem figured out. He really was a big help.

Everything is great. People there are nice and very helpful.

Looking for new garden decor, did not find much...

Didn't even have to ask for help. It was like your associate came from no where and just noticed I was in need of assistance. He directed me to the best solution for the issues I was having in changing out the toilet guts in a matter of minutes. The cashier was pleasant and we were out in an expedient manner.

The cashier I checked out with was so nice and helpful in finding me what I needed. She recruited another associate to help me out to my car with my purchase. It was a quick pleasant experience.

I went to purchase a power washer after we looked online. I found what I was looking for however I could not find an associate to assist me- for 30 minutes. I walked around looking for anyone, and no one was available. I stood at the paint area- with 3 associates behind there- and not one asked if I needed help. I had to pick up fertilizer also, so went to the check out to pay for that. When the cashier asked if I found everything, I said yes but couldn't find anyone to help me so was going to 'the other store' to get it. She immediately got the head cashier to help me- which she was so nice and kind to do so. We shop here often- my experience usually is not like this- well as long as I'm with my husband.

Paint department was awesome! Eve though they where busy!

I always enjoy shopping at the Brighton Home Depot. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, from the Store Manager on down. It is nice to be able to walk into a "Big Box" type store and have the associates recognize you and remember your name. The crew at the Brighton Home depot give the store the feel and experience of shopping in small town local hardware store where the employees know you and are able to provide experienced and knowledgeable advice when needed.

Go products, service, very pleasant environment, friendly, lots of pretty flowers, reasonable prices, clean, found everything I needed for Spring & Summer, assistant was more than willing to help & suggest the top of the line products. Found everything we were looking for. We'll definitely go back again for future reference.

Came by to get 7 4x4s and have them cut in half. The cashier got someone very quickly to help me. The associate who helped, Andrew, was very friendly and helpful and quick. The cashier, Georgie, had someone there to help me loaf my van before I even checked out. This was my best visit here. They were wonderful. Thank you
