Nice people, clean store, need to get the carts up to the entrances to be used.

I think dealing with the public is hard enough, and you can't fix Stupid. We loaded a cart with plywood and other items, parked our cart. Went to go look a some finish boards 2 ales over came back to find our cart unloaded leaning against the other plywood selections. Is there a shortage of carts, that people are taking other peoples cart. Lol Thanks Kim

Not happy with customer service

Clean, well-stocked store with friendly and helpful employees who really seem to care about my shopping experience.

The good - curbside pickup service is excellent. At times that I had to enter the store, almost all reps were masked and keeping proper distance. The bad - I came at 6:15AM today for heath reasons. Family member who is very vulnerable to infections. I came into the store to pick up an item not available for curbside. The Home Depot customer rep handling problems with curbside orders was defiantly and proudly NOT wearing a mask. She was also working with other masked customers standing less than 1 foot from them. When another (masked) rep directed me to her to help with my problem, I left the store immediately. Please help fix this. I've used Home Depot for years and do not want to change stores.

The cashiers were very friendly and helpful in checking out and getting me the help i needed very quickly

The service desk was very helpful with helping me find what I needed to place an order online. The young employees were very respectful.

It's sad with this virus people with SUV's can't get help loading material/products. Be generous and keep and eye out for those struggling to load material. Give out a hand ,you may need it next time.

This store is incredibly under stocked. The irrigation section has almost nothing needed to build a system. And the HVAC section was absolute bare bones. If you need anything, don't go to this store. Thornton is a much better choice.

The store was clean and well organized. Elizabeth the cashier was very friendly and welcoming, answered all of my questions, and personally made sure to walk me to the aisle and found exactly what I needed and then checked me out quickly.

I was good everyone was trying to help

I've recently bought a door from this store (JELD-WEN 30 in. x 80 in. Colonist Primed Textured Modeled Composite MDF Interior). Unfortunately, while installing the door the edge of the door surfaces started to come off the door frame. And because the door had already been painted and was ready to install, the Home Depot (Brighton, Colorado) refused to take it back in and did not give me any refund. So the promise "Be 100% happy with your purchase or we'll take it back" on their website is not true at all.

We went into this store to look for a certain appliances. The competition said they didn’t have it and had no interest in helping with other items. So, you all got our business.

The associates were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in helping us with our bathroom tile project.

Thank you to the lady who cut my blinds for me. She did a perfect job. They fit the way I wanted them.

Being in a wheelchair, I much appreciate the helpful, friendly, assistance provided. I'd take any associate I've dealt with home in a heartbeat! Would they do windows and scrub floors <grin>. I'm a wood anatomy researcher and always need odds and ends for my lab. I haven't been disappointed yet. Plus I'm a veteran and have always been 'thanked' for my service, which was MY honor to provide. This store is only 2 1/2 miles from my lab which is a HUGE convenience. However, I'd drive much further were it not for the quality experiences I've had at 'my' Home Depot. Ed H.

Visited your store 9/28/19 at approx 7:10pm to purchase a door and frame. No one appeared to be available to help so I walked your complete store. Not one person could be find except a lady named Hana at the self check out. I asked her if anyone was available to help me. She said no and followed it by stating they had a manager who does not know how to run a store. That was a pathetic and disrespectful to both me and her manager. I finally found another employee who confirmed they were extremely short staffed. I relayed the reply I received from Hana and was told to not be concerned with her as she is stressed. I had to finally contact my contractor to find out more about the door. Then went to purchase the door and there was another agent at a normal check out lane. He along with 3 others were blocking the lane just chatting away. Appeared to be friends. I had to go completely around them and then stand in his line before he said talk to you later before he came to check me out. I am a retired vet and provided him with my ID. He rang me up and forgot the discount and had to go back and enter it. Once checked out, what do I see, about 4 other employees at the front door just chatting away instead of being out on the floor to possibly help customers. For one thing, Hana needs to be fired. She is totally disrespectful to management and customers, especially with the comments she relayed to me. Finally, employee visibility. Why did I have to walk your store from front to back and only find Ms. Wonderfully Rude Hana. Not one other employee was available before finding the guy who said for me to not be concerned with Hana.

My experience at this store was awesome. I met a worker by the name of Mario who just made my shopping experience great. He had great customer service skills and went above and beyond helping me. I left the store feeling comfortable and sure of what I purchased. Thanks Mario!!!!

the store mas unorganized. not clean but the employees were wonderful

Friendly location and always willing to help. Just need to remember if areas are getting busier and an older employee is working just have a back up to pitch in.

needed to have some angles cut on some trim but there was not anyone working/scheduled for the lumber section that evening. really? also, hard to negotiate some of the aisles with stock sitting on carts blocking half the aisle.

Mario at the Brighton store always goes above and beyond to provide great service. He is an outstanding asset to the store.
