I find it amazing that some distant individual fire removed from the Home Depots that I would frequent in Connecticut decide on what stock to carry and discontinue stock that sold well but somebody at the home office decided they no longer wanted to have it. Replacement parts are always special order and equipment and parts you carry in the past you may no longer continue to put odd things on the shelf that nobody seems to want and sit there and get dusty. The people at the Home Depot stores are not allowed to order the stock that they sell well because somebody a thousand miles away seems to know better than the people in the local market.

There were several things I was looking for and I needed help finding a couple of things. The associates were readily available and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I had a great visit today and bought kitchen flooring tiles, vegetable plants, and a self-propelled lawn mower. Thank you for all your help today!

I always shop at this Home Depot store. They always have everything that I need in stock. I find all the employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I love the garden department and its variety of plants. This is a great store and I recommend it to all my friends.

I went to buy a toilet and no one around to help and when I finally found someone to help I find out there was no more in stock.

this is my closest Home Depot, so I typically visit this one. I would say that each time I visit this specific store, I find that your lumber department employees are very unapproachable. There are a few that do not want to be bothered, especially if you need lumber cut. I noticed you have a few new employees that are trying to be helpful but are not getting trained well enough to cut lumber so they have to find another associate for help which typically becomes one of the unapproachable employees. This experience makes the time in the store way too long, especially when my trip is to pick up lumber and leave, but it tends to be more than a 30 minute experience, 45 minutes if I need lumber cut. (2 pieces) I also noticed that the floors are always dirty. There’s always wood shards and sheet rock all over the floor and the paint gallons are always dusty. paint isle has paint splatter all over the ground. The bathrooms are always dirty. I believe management needs to be on top of this. I understand that wood is being cut continuously and customers grab sheet rock, but there is way too much scattered all over the store for it to be this way continuously. The store pretty unkept.

the employess are not caring and not so friendly or helpful

I purchased a clearance marked Maytag washing machine being sold as a new machine that had been a floor model, but when installed, I found that there was some water in the drain pipe and it smelled of bleach. It was obviously a used, returned machine being sold as new. I lost trust in purchasing appliances at that store.

There’s a difference in the way a thief moves over a business man, you obviously can’t tell the 2 apart, don’t walk up to some one who’s hearing impaired asking them a question as if they’re aware your talking to them. I’ll be terminating all my accounts with Home Depot thanks.

I purchased a toilet online and had curbside pickup. It was easy to schedule and confirm my arrival. My product was delivered and loaded into my vehicle within minutes of checking in. Great service!

Some months ago I went to Home Depot to replace my dishwasher and stove hood. The appliance specialist there was amazing. Living in a 70 year old house I didn’t know what I needed or how to go about it. Harry Williams helped me choose the best models for me. and printed out the names of contractors I could hire to remove and install my appliances. Not only that, but when I asked about the process and what might happen; he knew what things might have to be changed, what possible problems could come up and how to resolve them , along with names of other contractors who could help. I went back home to measure the old dishwasher again, but returned and sought out that associate to buy and arrange everything. I was so comfortable and pleased with the appliance and install. Terrific experience! 5 star employee!

Every time I’m in the Home Depot store in Bristol, there’s never an employee available when you need help. When you finally pass somebody on the way to the register to ask for help they always say that’s not my department. I’ll call somebody for you. Go back and you wait and somebody finally comes with an attitude.

I ordered and item online and when I arrived to the store for pickup the item was not the color I had specifically wanted. I ultimately had to go into the store and purchase the correct color and wait in line and do a return

Picked up a bunch of heavy hatd scape pavers, stone and heavy sand. The gentleman who helped me load my vehicle was polite courteous friendly and very able to handle the heavy objects in our pickup order. He was also his at helping plan and balance the load. Great help! I regret not getting his name, but hope receives the appreciation he deserves. Br, Drew Bennett

I bought a stove and refrigerator from Home Depot - love them both.

I bought Miracle grow for my garden. My tomato plants were taller than me. they produced well into the fall and then some.

I was only able to pull the trigger on a new John Deere Ride On lawn mower and a couple of Ryobi Expand+ tools for weed whacking, edging and clearing brush because of Morgan's help, knowledge and insight! Prior to this trip I had been to the store a few times and with Morgan's guidance I was able to pull the trigger! Morgan is a Customer Service team member who jumped in to help us in understanding all of the equipment, use cases and the purchasing process which was fantastic! The Bristol store and it's team are simply the best and Morgan is a tremendous asset to the team!

I had a warrantee issue with blinds purchased. I was taken care of with a prompt return and replacement.
