Avoid at all cost. Never have stock and not worth dealing with the clientele

Recently bought 2 stoves and a fridge.. the person working that department was excellent customer service

Bad customer service

Employees are always helpful when I visit the Brockton store - Ed, Carlos, Hassan, Jack, Kayla all go the extra mile to help me out.

I just want to say that Brianna, Manager and Judy, Service Desk Supervisor were absolutely FANTASTIC. I had a bad experience the day before at the Avon location and these two, went out of their way to assist me.

I had to go into Home Depot on Crescent St three times yesterday. The same three employees helped us at each visit. They were friendly, professional, and every helpful. They were also incredibly patient with my friend and me. We weren't sure exactly what we needed and had a million questions, and the employees found us exactly what we needed. At one point, they showed us something we needed for one of the projects. We would have had to come back again if he hadn't pointed it out.

I have bought a ryobi product several times this year and had no problems love their products!

The woman in the garden center was super helpful by pointing me in the right directions for 3 separate items

This store has the nicest people. They will help you find what you need an do it with a smile.

This store has great moral evident by all the friendly service and smiles of the associates. It is a small store with limited selection however they have all of the basics. They are well stocked and neat. A pleasure shopping at this location and I shop at most of them in this area.

Jerry and the rest of the crew are great!! So kind and happy to help with whatever needs I have. There’s always someone to lend a helping hand and I love that.

I'm so happy to buy every time at home depot

My wife wanted a charcoal grill for her birthday. I saw one on the floor. At first the staff wasn’t sure if there was anyone available to pull the grill but they radioed for someone and they came within 5 mins for it to be pulled. Even though there weren’t any other staff to spot the person pulling the grill. Someone volunteered to do so. My wife was excited and is very happy with her grill. Thank you so much to the staff. You made her day and she said it was the best birthday gift ever! Keep up the great attitudes and work!

Wonderful service totally impressed Charles the store manager was a delight to talk with

No one would come to the electrical dept. to unlock the wire cage. After 20 minutes I left. 2 associates tried to find help for me but were unsuccessful.

Only one register open self check out Selena did not want to help with ringing me out… Ed in plumbing I wish they have 10 more of you in the store A+. Ed is always extremely happy to help a customer extremely friendly.

Went above and beyond with a smile

Upon self check out, Home Depot's employee paced back and forth as myself and a few other customers scanned our items. Literally standing over our shoulders as we punch our credentials to pay. Utterly disgraceful. N

John is a great employee and a great addition to this Home Depot. He used his previous plumbing knowledge to help us with all of our questions and calmed our anxieties about using PVC for the first time.

I came in for paint pail liners, left with Milwaukee tools. (don't tell the wife) they were running a promotion and one product was not available. Management made sure I was taken care of right away.

It would be great if you carried PVC trim
