I know worki g in the Bronx can be tough but that's everywhere you go, but what makes a store is the people we hire and how we train our people to satisfied our customers. But I'm very pleased to say Paola delivered great service even when two of her colleagues was t that great.

Easy to get to by pub transport. Good taxi avail. when leaving. Excellent variety and stock of products. Surrounded by a lot of other stores for a day of shopping. Fairly quick check-out considering the large size of traffic in the store.

Tamara is a rock star, and definitely the most informative and insightful associate I have ever encountered. Not only did she know where to direct me for the items I shopped for but Tamara anticipated my needs with expert product knowledge. Specifically, I visited Store 6891 to purchase a screwdriver kit and hex keys. Tamara was so helpful, she conducted an online search to ensure I purchased hex keys for metric. Then, Vianna checked me out providing excellent service. Two words: awesome visit!

You can stand waiting for help longer than it takes to buy what you need pay for it and travel home. When you ask for help someone calls over the intercom for someone to come and several people walk by and no one ever stop, you ask again and the call again and no one every shows

Marilyn was pleasant as she walked with me to another area of the store to find where they kept the item I was looking for. The item was being displayed near the front at a discounted price. However, there weren't anymore available for purchase. After a brief investigation, we learn that units available were damaged. Tish, while working the cash register and handling other problematic situations coming for other employees, created a sell-able unit and damage out one broken unit instead of two.
