I was trying to purchase an oven and there was no ome in the dept. I saw 2 employees outside the appliance area and asked if one of them could assist me. Instead, they told me that someone was in that area. I told them there wasn't, and thats why I asked them for help. Then they pointed to another worker 3 aisles over, telling me that was her but she's in the paint section now. Instead of just helping me out real quick, or at least getting the purchase process started, they kept putting it off. Store lost an appliance sale because of their attitide. Not sure 1 sale makes a big difference to the store, but word of mouth can make a bigger one.

Had to replace my hot water heater and Ida in plumbing was so helpful in helping us connected to All Day Plumbing for installation. Who by the way did an amazing job. She also helped us with our kitchen sink clogged pipe issues.

I stopped by the Bronx HD this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the new, redesigned self-checkout area. I was in and out in no time.

Had to move on to another location to get the material i needed. No help getting material locked behind gates. wasted a 1/2 hour of my life. Got what i could and moved on.

I always find every thing I need don’t have to run around town to find what I need

I came in the bronx store 1221 and came across an amazing customer service representative named Tiyanna . She is very helpful ,amazing and does an outstanding job ! I would love for her to be recognize and rewarded for all that she do within the company .

I have shopped in many Home Depot Stores in several states. This is the worst kept I have ever seen. The parking lot looks like a truck stop. Contractors just have their van and trucks parked in the lot all day. The lot is dirty and so is the street outside. People are fixing cars and too many coming up to you looking for work. They need security and a cleaning crew. Needless to mention that you can not find and employee to help you and when you find one they are not helpful. Home Depot needs to clean this place up

Every time I visit the bronx location and if I need anything electrical, I discover Arturo and Mike are the best of all best. They are very friendly and eager to help everyone, not like others points finger and say “over there “. If you need anything electrical in the Bronx location look for them and you will say thank you later to me.

Everyone there was very kind and pleasant.

Some employees were quick to say where something was even though I stated that the item wasn't there. Some seemed so disinterested, they continued to sit while I went on a wild goose chase for free twine.

This store is full of items that are useful for any task that you are doing. The prices are reasonable and the check out is fast. There is plenty of parking and there is even a landscaping supply section for your gardening and planting needs. Overall, it's a good store to shop at for your projects.

Thank you to Mercedes-Jeannette who was amazing at assisting me. She was kind, courteous and helpful. She assisted me with finding the product, got a team member to lift the heavy items into my cart and assisted me with check out. I appreciate her dedication and diligence to her work and the customer’s needs.

I purchased plants from this store, I was looking for another item in that dept I saw a rep that had his hand full I ask can he help me he dropped what he was doing and attended to me. I really appreciate that because my experience in a lot of store the rep just say “ it’s in aisle #”

Having shopped here in the last 15 years, I’ve grown accustomed to the constant stream of rude and unpleasant employees working at this store, even by Bronx standards. But I’ve had enough after today’s shopping nightmare. I was insulted again by cashier named D**E who snapped at me for “having a NASTY ATTITUDE” for just asking him a question. This is the 2nd unpleasant experience I’ve had with him and it seems he lack basic courtesy. No I do not believe the customer is always right but in way or form did I behave in such a way to garner his condescending remark and service. I’ll take my money to Lowe’s from now on. Hope this store closes down.

I frequently visit this store and customer service in general is good. But on my recent visit, Bernadette went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate her effort.

Mike at Home Depot Very nice store associate, he assisted me with finding the perfect starter took set for my husbands birthday. Ran down all the pricing and performance options. It’s hard to find friendly people now a days like Mike. He was professional, and attentive. Thanks Mike, you’re a star representative.

I went in with my mother to buy a Fridge. She was worried to go alone since she does not speak English, but the Sales Associate in the appliance Dept. Shirley helped us tremendously. She spoke in Spanish and helped answer any questions she had.

The prices on the shelves were not correct. I had to buy less because I wanted the prices that were there.

Bought an item where every detail was explained as to how it works.

It’s a trash can filled with garbage employees and no inventory. They nailed it.

I bought lots of things last 2 weeks…. Price are good. I find all in one hands….thanks Home Depot

So tired of people and contractors parking in spots Not Handicap. I'm a veteran and handicaped. Employees can't do anything. perhaps hire a towing company it won't cost you anything

Comfort zone space heater is a good choice to warm those feet and body after a warm shower or bath I love this heater plus I did not pay much for it I got a great deal at Home Deport located on GunHill Road in the Bronx.
