I don't know if this is the norm but oh my last trip to Home Depot the associate that assisted me in the garden equipment department handled everything from his original assistance, getting me a cart, handling the checkout and loading the item into my vehicle. It's a first for me in any store.

I went in to get a key made, and it went well. I also bought some oil for a lawnmower. The next step is to buy some mulch, which is always a challenge in the spring because it all has to be loaded in the car. There’s never anybody there to help you. Every spring it’s a new plan sometimes there’s help sometimes there’s not so we’ll see what happens this spring. I’m not looking forward to this because it’s such a hassle

Having bought something a month ago I realize the same thing overpriced and experience lack of caring and rude employees and staff I'm disgusted going to home Depot anymore if that's the home Depot originally saw in my first started out

Debbie head cashier went above and beyond to assist me. She definitely put customers first and I watched her go to whatever department necessary and find on her phone 100% of the time to fulfill customer's needs

WE WENT TO BUY A TOILET, AND HAVE IT INSTALLED, BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I PAID FOR BOTH AND 2 DAYS LATER NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL, WOW.

Tim and his crew at the pro desk are extremely awesome to work with they're very helpful. They help us support in getting our material ready and any other support as needed. My hat's off to Tim and his staff at the pro desk.

although staff could use an attitude adjustment, the trip was successful. people don't know how to treat people anymore. oh well

I asked and I received. Everyone jumped to help me and Two workers that I had asked where something was, came looking for me to see if I found it and then helped me load it.

Fantastic store. The employees at the Brooklyn Home depot are friendly, easy to find and very helpful. Can always find what we are looking for also.

I’ve been coming to this store for years & the people that work there are great! From if you have Questions, they have the answers, from back to the front cashiers I can’t say enough about how much they help out the customers, even helping me load up my vehicle when I need it without having to ask for the help, they just know!

I bought my gas hot water tank a week ago and I'm so happy that it runs great and looks great. Can't wait to buy my washer that I want

I always enjoy shopping at The Home Depot, and the Brooklyn Store #3806 is no exception. The employees are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to assist me with finding the products I need. Whether I’m tackling a big project or just picking up supplies, this store always has what I’m looking for. It’s a reliable place for all my home improvement needs, and the staff makes it a pleasure to shop here every time. Highly recommend!

Bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago it is frosting up and door not closing right. Talk to manager and was told not their problem unreal!! NEVER shop here again and going to spread the word

I tried to exchange the product I bought for the same thing in a smaller size and was denied because I didn’t have a receipt. It was obviously from Home Depot. It was obviously unused and was denied the swap.

I had a issue with trying to read the labels on the shelves for the Smoke Detectors. I saw a label above the Smoke Detectors had two prices one was for $17.97 and then in the corner was $13.47, they rang up at the higher price, I couldn't figure out the label as the numbers didn't match the numbers on the box.

They have preference on who they want to help.

Running in to buy a generator after the storm would have been challenging. Online showed 25 left at the store but when we walked in, 4 people were standing around 2 workers and one generator. The workers remained calm and professional as they announced they thought there were 3 more in the back. The one on the floor had a damaged box, and as 5 more arrived from the back room, we all walked away with a much needed generator and all the supplies to restore some power in our homes. Even the workers at self checkout were helpful when they assisted and a wonderful man helped my husband get the generator into our vehicle.

I am just disappointed that a $40.00 charge to take out fridge to front yard, and their should be discount services for senior citizens. Also, I have to get someone a family member or friend to connect the water hose line to the fridge, which the sale clerk stated No because the valve has to be upstairs not in basement.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Bonnie for her exceptional customer service I recieved on 6-13-24. When I checking out in the garden center with an abundance of beautiful potted flowers, the cashier kept trying to scan my gift cards and had difficulty in doing so. She was getting a little frustrated. She stated to go to customer service. I proceeded to customer service where I was greeted with a smile from Bonnie. Bonnie was able to complete the transaction with the use of my gift cards within seconds. Bonnie went above my expectations with her kindness and explantion on the return policy if for some reason the flowers do not take. Something I was not aware. Bonnie's commitment to customer satisfaction has not only resolved the issue but has also strengthened my loyalty to Home Depot.

OUTSTANDING customer recieved from an employee by the name of ELayla. I have already written another review, however, was directed to this site as well to add remarks. Home Deport very lucky to have this employee working at their store. Elayla was very understanding and kind as I informed on what I needed checked out on the gift cards I had in hand. She even went the extra mile and told me once I find what I like in the Garden center to come back to her and she would check me out. It's individuals such as Elayla that makes a lasting impression with the customer. Thank you!!!!

If you want friendly and reliable transactions, do not bother going to this Home Depot. Cashiers make mistakes and then customer service is very rude about fixing them.

I highly recommend you see Rachel in the paint department. She will make you feel welcome and like a friend. She is knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for you. She’s the BEST!!! Love her
