rented a cargo van and returned it in plenty of time however the clerk thought it was more important to chat with an associate about when they'd get their lunch break than to check me out, causing me to have to pay a late fee for the van.

The personnel are very nice and happy. They helped greatly with locating the one item I was seeking. Thank you for making the shopping experience a positive one!

Very impressed with the employees. There is always enough employees to help you. They take you right to the product you need. I actually live closer to another home improvement store, but I prefer Home Depot.

The store was very organized. The service at the Dept of appliance was exceptional!

The associates were friendly and went over and above to help figure out how to repair my transport chair. Thank you Larry in the electrical department and the other gentleman in the plumbing department who put their heads together and came up with a solution to repair my chair and saved me $179.......

I had the pleasure of two excellent, friendly cashiers yesterday. Extremely helpful and nice. There are always store associates here that go out of the way to make sure you find what you need. This is the difference, and what makes customers come back again and again!

The products that I needed were easy to find and some items that I had different options available on the shelf, and was not sure which one to pick, I was able to get assistance right away.

We were buying a dryer and had purchased a washer last month. The staff in this section was very helpful, courteous and consistent over the two visits. There were a good number of options to look at and we found options listed in Consumer Reports as Best Buys or Recommended. A good experience

I strongly suggest not using their installation or fabrication services. I ordered a countertop and feedback on the status was horrible. I thought the expediter was a fictional character. Service was so bad, I didn't have to argue about getting my money back. The store manager is invisible. After many calls and visits, still don't know who he or she is. I think the employees just pass the phone around and take turns saying they are the manager. You have to roll the dice on if you will get a return call from anyone.

Great experience; great employees...Great assistance when trying to find something. Your employees really know their store and know exactly what aisle you need. Tylier was great at assisting during the checkout experience...Had a stubborn scan and she took the initiative on her own to help out to make our check out experience a pleasant one. I like the Brooklyn store. I don't have issues with finding things. I like the selection of products. The employees have always been helpful and pleasant when I have questions or need help finding things. The store is clean.

I recently bought my first home and this HD location has been my second. Im constantly in here getting things to repair, or replace the things in my home. The store in generally clean and tidy. The staff is for the most part friendly and helpful. The cashiers at the Online Pickup counter know me by name now and are always friendly and make conversation. Some of the regular cashiers get overwhelmed sometimes.

I go to this Home Depot because of the customer service I get. I actually live closer to another home improvement store, but I prefer this Home Depot. I always find what I want and that is because of the employees. And yes... they have enough on the sales floor. Most of all, they know their merchandise.
