I recently purchased flooring from Home Depot and had it installed by their team, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Candy and Kelsey were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. A special shout out to Jessica, who went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the flooring and the installation. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference. The finished result is beautiful, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Thank you, Home Depot team, for making this a fantastic experience!

Just amazed, from the time i walked in to the time i walked out! Armando was incredibly helpful in helping build what i needed built in a costly fashion!! I am forever grateful for him and his kindness.

Every time I use the Home Depot website, I find it difficult to find the search icon and have it work appropiately. sometime I become frustrated and search elsewhere. It's a confusing mess. I would never recommend using the website app. but the store itself, of course.

Gene really took care of me making sure I had the correct windows for ENERGY STAR and the whole team in Millwork really do an amazing job.

The young guy helped me find the right furnace filters and when I went to other areas I was always asked if I needed help finding anything. It was a pleasant shopping experience

I just retired this year. now that I have more time to work things at home, I plan to improve my backyard and do some planting and repair works. I dreaded the cost I may incur when I go to Home Depot. I usually go to Home Depot once in awhile not for major purchases. Last week I got some plants & things and prices are not that bad despite what's going on with our economy. I hope Home Depot keep the merchandise you got and maintain the low prices. It is close to home. You pretty much have what I need. I just hope you can keep the prices down. Please send out more coupons. I like it when you allow my dog into the store.

I have an order to be delivered when it arrives at the store. I stopped in today to make another purchase and add it to the delivery. First they said no then they said yes but $89 for a $105 purchase.

Poor customer service in appliances. Zero effort made by male salesperson . Dismissive of questions asked. Showed no interest in making a sale .

I'm a contractor and I also live in the community. So, having a Home Depot 5-minutes away has always been nice. Ms. Roberta at the Pro Desk always welcomes us in and always willing to help. We also appreciate Nate! If he's inside he offers to help us load and if we are outside, he comes over to help load. Nate is never standing around he is constantly move; gather carts or sweeping. But it's always nice to feel welcomed by those two.

Employees are quick and friendly with checkout.

I am a contractor feel that the loyalty is mutual between I and this Home Depot location. I have been to many Home Depot but this location by far is always my top choice! From Tracy at the Service desk, to Roberta at the Pro desk, and all the way out to my good friend Nate that is always attentive to helping when loading materials! If you are in the Broomfield area you will not be disappointed with the amazing customer service and mutual respect from all employees!

Nathan assisted me with some heavy sand bags. He had a smile on his face, a skip in his step, and made me smile after a rough morning. Very grateful!

We are having to rebuild an old deck that will end up costing us well over $25,000 of material purchased from HD Broomfield. My wife and I have made numerous trips to the stores to do exchange, order missing components, and purchase additional material. It's been frustrating and time consuming journey but the store's Pro Desk Team (Will, Kevin, and Roberta) have each done a fantastic job to help us smooth out the bumps and keep our project moving along. On two separate occasions Roberta and Kevin was able to make arrangement for special deliveries to my home so that my contractors can continue to work. Kevin himself made these deliveries. I've used Home Depot over the years for several large projects and this latest experience have certainly reinforced my loyalty, especially the Broomfield Store. Thank you again Roberta, Kevin, and Will.

I live in Broomfield for 50 years. I was at door/w my Dog at 6:00 am the day you OPEN!

I bought a Maytag Washer that was to be delivered on Friday, August 9. The delivery person called at 11:20 and said they'd be there in 20-30 minutes. At 12:00, I received a message from The Home Depot that my washer could not be delivered. I called and was told there was a conflict. The delivery people NEVER came to my home, they went to the wrong address. After numerous calls, my washer would NOT be delivered until Aug 12! All your people could say is sorry. No discount, no rebate, nothing for something that was not my fault.

Sarrah at Home Depot was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and kind, going out of her way to help me find the Halloween product I needed. Her excellent service made my day, and I’m absolutely thrilled. Thank you, Sarrah!

I bought a light from Home Depot when I went to put it in it wasn't working I tested it and it was a faulty wire or switch for the light when I went to return it they would not give me the full price I paid for it even though I was getting another one of more pricey than that one

I would really like to see the people at the pride so step up more. I have tried using using them four time in the recent past and they were little to no help. They couldn’t help me with a window, failed to call me after checking on an order and couldn’t order the materials I needed after being told by a corporate representative that they could get what I ordered. So far they have been of no use to me as a contractor.

This store is poorly staffed, poorly trained, and the General Store Manage would not response to a very difficult and dangerous situation.

Walked in and got helped immediately, friendly employees throughout the store!
