Manager on duty rude and disrespectful. Want to keep on having business? Coach your employees to be nice so you can keep having people visit your store and with a good experience. Your business, your job is thank to all of us who purchase from that store. So next time be more polite!

My favorite store for all my house improvements needs.

DURING MY LAST VISIT TO THIS STORE I WAS VERY PLEASED TO FIND PRODUCTS THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR MY PROJECT. EVERYTHING WAS IN PLACE AND EASY TO FIND, ALSO IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE ASSISTANCE FROM STORE ASSOCIATE. I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS STORE LOCATION FOR YOUR PROJECTS NEEDS.

Help is never on the way. This Home Depot has the worst customer service of any I have been in and I have been in many. May they should just close on Sat. if they need to hire more employees.

Mr. Leal was a great help on the floor very professional and great attitude on helping me he took the time to actually help me decide on what I needed. Didn’t even rush me at all awesome job great attitude as well we need more workers like me.leal who will be happy to help the customers I even found the perfect 3 light vanity fixture for my restroom

This store is always neat and clean. Associates are friendly and helpful in getting your monies worth.

3rd trip to Home Depot ....... everyone is great!!

I visited the Home Depot store in Brownsville Texas on 12/5/2017 to purchase a few items to do a simple plumbing repair. I choose to replace a kitchen faucet along with the water lines. I picked out the faucet and the water lines that were instructed on directions of the box. I wanted to see , hands on that the faucet and the water lines were a perfect match. The associate that was working the plumbing area at the time of my visit. He went ahead and opened the box to the new faucet and attached the water lines to the faucet... Done deal!! I purchased the products and left happy. I do not remember the gentleman's name. But, I do remember his face, I will look for him every time I go in Home Depot In Brownsville and need help with any of my shopping.

The most outstanding thing today was the customer service. Store about the same as usual which I would give a 6 out of 10

Overall friendly and helpful shopping experience. Mr. Leal dept manager exceeded our customer expectations. Helped us throughout our course in finding the proper fixtures we were looking for. Provided excellent, fast and efficient customer service.
