Employees are very friendly and helpful. Specially sale cashier IRMGARD. She is very helpful and kind. Her good behavior makes me smile and happy.

      Nice greeting but no one to help
      I went to store and was kinda greeted ? But when asked for help , I was directed to associate that wasn't there.. x3 times... waste of time all the time.

          NO RECEIPT GIVEN
          On April 23, 2025 I bought PolyBlend Plus non-sanded grout. When I checked out at cashier, I was not given a receipt because register ran out of paper. I asked him if he could email me a receipt, he said NO. I have received email receipts from Macy's, Target, Gap and Blue Navy. It turns out, I have to return product because it is not pre-mixed. To add insult to injury, exposure to the ingredients have cancer causing elements. I will have to use my online bank record of the transaction. Red Devil has premixed tile grout, which doesn't have cancer causing ingredients.

            it was very disrespectful delivery not happy at all
            So I order my fridge and I know which day is coming so they call me before coming in 10 minutes and they leave my fridge in the front door. This is how they do delivered. They’re supposed to put my fridge inside my kitchen, which they did not which I get a hard time to put it inside my kitchen and I have to fix it myself. I don’t know if this fridge is brand new or something or they Give me something old. I have no idea and I have no idea who to talk to so this is very disrespectful delivery leave it on the front door and left. I need Home Depot to call me and we gotta talk. This is not right. I can order my fridge to another place. I get more respectful and the fixer the fridge how I want it. This is wasting our money and disrespectful delivery that I had and then I have to find somebody to help me to put the fridge inside to my kitchen. It was very disrespectful delivery just left to give her attitude and left.i need someone call me

                  Delta Shower Door
                  I bought a set of glass shower doors, when I got home and opened the box they were the wrong style and were two different sizes. I called up the store and they said I had to bring them back. It was not easy as they weigh 90lbs. and I had a stroke and use a walker to ambulate. The return desk associate said someone probably returned them and placed different glass in the box. The plumbing manager then gave me the correct doors. When someone returns any item I think staff should verify it is actually the item they purchased,

                                Purchase a store, refrigerator and microwave from Home Depot on the Bronx, Throggsneck area. Sales people are knowledgeable and very respectful. Home Depot prices compare to PC Richards was a tremendous discount. Thank you, Home Depot!

                                        Rude and disrespectful staff at checkout line. Young female with glasses needs to learn when to keep her mouth closed. An assistant store manager, or general manager needs to be on site for customer assistance when the store manager is not on the premises.

                                          I go to homedepot about 4/5 times per week always very helpful hands down the morning crew only not the second shift very nasty @ customer service they help you out and also help you out the store @ 6/7 a.m when you are in a rush and have to get in and out in a jiffy so thumbs up to the morning crew @ Bruckner Home Depot. P.S They deserve a raise and a bonus!

                                              Help to make a key
                                              Went to have a key copied & asked 4 people and no one would help me. Then a worker told me I could make my own key. Those workers need training on how to treat the customers who pay their salaries.

                                                I only left one star, so I can write a review. The service is terrible. The store is full of migrants and people soliciting work. Theft is so bad, the exit has armed guards. The check out associate said it is not his job to look up prices of items without a barcode. I canceled a $3600 transaction because I could not be helped by anyone. And when asked to see a manager, all associates walked away

                                                      I bought I lot of stuff I have the home Depot credit card and I have to pay with the discover credit card, the the sale cashier did not help me with the merchandise when I told her that I have the coupon for the $15 off also I told her that I forgot my home Depot credit card and I have my military ID and in stead she ask me for a state ID: when I have an Military ID: with the Government logo meaning with the official logo she yes want the customer to go through the line that was one of those check yourself merchandise so I got screw by pay all that money by using my discover credit card its a shame that I have to used my discover credit card when I have the home Depot credit card ending in on 0608 also I'm a long times customer thank you for your Attetion Sr! or Ma'am thank you very much!                                                         This store is by far the worst Home Depot I have ever been to from the time you pull in the parking lot to the time you leave the parking lot you have the commercial pick up with trucks and a bunch of labor workers blocking the entrance. It should be the other way around where the garden center is is where they should have the commercial pick up not in the front when truck cars are trying to get in, and the workers are blocking everything harassing you for money it’s an accident waiting to happen but for me it really don’t matter because I will never ever shop at this Home Depot again
