The sotre was very clean

The worst experience is that people are breaking into your car while it's parked in the lot in broad day light. The staff only cares about what's inside the store and are too busy be concerned about anything else. Video surveillance does not catch bad guys when there already gone.

store is disorganized and filthy compared to other HD stores. obviously not managed well.

Employees are friendly and always willing to assist you. The store always has what you want in stock or on the shelves, if not they will assist you in placing a order and have sent to your home or to the store for pick-up.

Either the customer service desk is short handed or they really dont want to work. I called and was continually put on hold for over an hour i had to personally show up upset and they just looked blank and no one admitted had me on hold when i showed my phone i was holding for 1:20. The next day my order was messed up again an agent from 800homedepot tried reaching the store had the same issue so again i had to go to the store. I have spent over 6 hours for a simple appliance order. I think New Rochelle will be getting my business from now on.

Busy saturday, long lines I thought I would be waiting online forever but my cashier was very quick with her line getting everyone out in a time consuming matter. She took time to notice I was standing on line by flashing a smile and when it was my turn she was very friendly...thank you Lakeya for getting me in and out on a busy saturday

Great Store - I usually find what I went to the store for. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store & the restrooms are always clean.

I found the store to be much cleaner and my cashier Lakeya was by far the sweetest, she got me in and out and mad me laugh too

Worst customer service ever! Employees are extremely rude & helpless. Store was not very organized out of two employees that I needed help, one was extremely rude & the other one careless.

Very Clean and orgainize. A lot of space in the store so it makes you feel more free to look around without being to crowed.

Overall I have always been able to find what I needed in this store. having said that improvements need to occur to make what should be a thriving store number for this geographical area. 1.) More employees with a greater knowledge of its products and better pay would also allow Home depot to keep those deemed great employees. 2.) Store modifications and improvements: This store is outdated, there is more parking then stock and lane access. These coupled with better security and surveillance is certainly needed to lesson store loss. Home depot should update this location to mirror store locations further north and south of the Bronx. They say that if you "Home Depot" don't expect much then that what you will receive. This location needs the improvements listed and if completed should set expectations and employee requirements to ensure they provide the best for their customers. With that, Home Depot should require the same of its customers. Having and currently in retail, I expect and demand that our customers act and treat our employees with the utmost respect. This ensures, they will be provided the best customer experience. New to this area, I find that THE NORM FOR BAD BEHAVIOR is tolerated. Not on my watch, not for employee or customer. The employee is reprimanded and sometimes terminated, as for the customer. directed to leave the store and and arrested. Change is required in our stores and and in the public. New is growing each day and we have to capitalize on this by thinking ahead....

Needed kitchen cabinets and dealt with Iron in that department. He is absolutely the most fantastic at his job. Recommend you speak to him for the best experience of customer service. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase kitchen cabinets.

Went to get floor tiles self adhesive kind but they didn't have a wide variety remember at one time they had different styles but this time had about 6 or 7 to pick from.However I found everything else I went to buy and brought a few extra items. The staff were very helpful in directing me to islesI needed to get my items.

Store always has a great inventory of items.

My Dad used to shop here with so many gift cards & without also..I look forward to continuing his rewarding hobby of vegetable gardening next spring but he was an exceptional gardener. All employees should get raises for there outstanding duties they did. You need a hax saw, with the wood saw you have available. & get rid of the NONE workers that are in the parking lot that cause problems that you dont need because I had a problem with one which wasn't pretty.Hpretty.Had a fight with him!!!

I've been going to this store since it first opened. Though the staff is generally helpful, the quality of customer service has gone down in recent years. It is a breath of fresh air when I interact with employees who take pride in their job and actually want to help. Today Ashley, Ian, and O'Brena went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my On-Line Order (9-6x6' Vinyl Fences and 10-8' posts). The employee at the desk yesterday told me our order was not ready even though the Vinyl Fences were in stock at the store and I had been notified that my order was ready. Ashley, Ian, and O'Brena were able to locate my materials, helped us load them on our vehicle, and went and got us twine to tie it off....all with smiles on their faces.

Although the customer service isn't the best over at this location. Nadine makes up for all the flaws! Great personality! Always smiling and puts a smile on your face before you leave the store.
