Store in Brunswick is usually pretty organized and clean. Help is usually always close if needed. Like not being badgered when you don't need help like at other stores. Prices are affordable and product line is good. Always look forward to a visit and checking out clearance items. Overall great store!

If you need help in Hardware just ask for Bob, if he can't help you nobody can. Bob has so much knowledge that he makes it easy to help the customer. Thank you BOB.

I found everything I was looking for in a very short time. Bob was a great help with making keys and they all work. As well as giving good direction for where to find the hinges I was looking for. Plenty of information on paint primers that I was looking for.

Associates sent me to the wrong isle for furnace register. Had to find item myself. Registers were not even listed on the front of the isle, so a customer can find the item!

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. The employees have always been helpful. The items that I need have always been available or can be ordered. Returns are a no hassle.

I went to the paint department and Jane was very helpful. She was knowledgeable about the different finishes, gave great advice, and when my step daughter and I had finished out project it came out awesome. There is nothing better than dealing with an expert when trying to do something you have never done before. Jane took the guess work out of our project and she is the main reason why we will return to your store.

One product I was looking for was moved and associate had no idea where to find them. The other was nowhere to be found. Isles were cluttered with stock and "sale" items. I'll be sticking to any other home improvement store.

ON THE JULY 4TH, GOING TO MY PARENTS HOUSE IN VALLEY CITY ,OH, I STOPPED AT THIS HOME DEPOT TO PURCHASE THE CHARCOAL THAT WAS ON SALE,I DECIDE TO GO TO THE FLOORING DEPT. TO LOOK FOR TILES FOR MY BATHROOM,I DIDN'T GET HIS NAME, BUT HE WAS SO HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING ABOUT THIS NEW TILES IN SHEETS, HE EVEN DID A ESTIMATED MEASURING TO TELL US HOW MANY BOXES WE WOULD NEED. ME AND MY HUSAND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WE WILL BE COMING BACK TO PURCHASE THOSE TILES.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

CLEAN STORE EASY TO FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND GOT HELP RIGHT AWAY

As always, HD in Brunswick has what I generally need to do my home repairs from tiling to roofing to whatever. Prices are decent and competitive. Location is great and if they don't have it here, then a host of others are close enough to make a run to pick up whatever. I especially appreciate the tiling associate who had vast experience that helped me do my first 3 projects successfully (back splash, floor, and shower walls). Paint people are also very helpful.

Associates always helpful. Enjoy browsing the aisles; there are so many interesting products. Pleased with the range of prices on products, and the information displayed to help compare one against another (I purchased a hedge trimmer). I can spend hours browsing, brainstorming projects.

This is the store I go to whenever I am doing any work in my home whether it is in the back yard or in the house. Employees are helpful and pleasant.

Brunswick Ohio Store is very clean, friendly and inviting. I found the product online, walked into the store and was back home using the product within 30 minutes.

Only complaint was that the light buld did not work when I brought it home. Overall experience was good.

The Employees are always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.
