Mike, one of the assistant store managers went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with an issue I had with Frigidaire. He was extremely professional and did whatever it took in order to get the job done. I am extremely grateful for professionals like Mike.

Found the product exactly that I was looking for in just a matter of a few minutes.

I went to the garden department clueless as to how and plant curtain items. This young gentleman named, Dom put everything down and came over and asked if he could help me. By the time I left I felt 100% sure I could do this. He was so so helpful and respectful and also shared his experience gardening with his father. I could tell he was very close to his dad. He shared, dad taught me all I know, with a truly happy face! I will return and ask for him and his help. Homedepot, I hope you realize you have a gem working for you

Was in the Brunswick store to do dome price adjustments and had to deal with Eric, one of the managers. He needs training in customer service. Arrogance seems to be his choice of customer service. Extremely disappointed!

When entering the lumber department ask for Chris. He is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond. Chris asked what I was looking for and got on the floor and went through numerous boards to find the straightest ones available. Then he asked if I had a specific size and cut to size for me as well.

RIDICULOUS!!! the price that is marked on the shelf is not what you pay at checkout?? This has happened more than twice. I think I should report Home Depot to the FTC - for false advertising

My most recent trip to this Home Home Depot as always, I was greeted when entering the store. A gentleman assisted me in locating a electric shopping cart "I'm a double amputee" so walking long distances proves hard on me. As I located the few items that I needed I found myself having trouble locating a particular adapter for my drill. A kind employee ask how she Could assist me. I described what I was looking for and rather than tell me where I could find it in the store; as I've experience in other local Home improvement stores. She took me right to it. Affirmed the item was what I needed and asked if there was anything else I needed. She then thanked me for shopping with Home Depot and invited me to return anytime. That there is A+ customer service. It definitely keeps me coming back!

Stan in the Brunswick, Ohio store, appliance salesperson was fantastic in helping us to decide on and buy five appliances on the same day. He was patient to answer the many questions that we had about the items, and was extremely helpful and courteous!!! 5 star!!!

I was in and out with no hassles.

I was on crutches and everyone went out of their to help me. They loaded my shower doll on a cart and also loaded it into my cart. Linda Markus was especially helpful.

Great store! It's close to my home and place of work. Very convenient. I go to HD over any home improvement store because I know their products and believe in what they sell. Even though a lot of stores are short staffed, the employees always do their absolute best to help me! So thank you HD! I've been a customer for a long time and plan to keep it that way!

I've been shopping here for years and have had my fair share of lovely associates. But Sam was by the friendliest cashier I've had. She's fast, efficient, and as lovely as an angel. The associates in garden were very helpful and friendly as well. I would definitely shop here again.

This is the second time I purchased a high priced item, and delivery and have been disappointed. This purchase was for a washer and dryer, I purchased the delivery, installation, haul away old washer and dryer, instead I got a delivery crew, who informed me the they were running late, and I could refuse delivery, and was unsure of another date, or I could let them leave the items in the garage, but could not tell me when another crew would be available to install and haul away the old units, stated it could be weeks before a completion of my purchase agreement would be met

I came in and wasn’t sure where to go to get small stones. I was pressed for time as one of my students had a late art show entry and needed them to cover the water pump over her handmade fountain. A man name Santino could tell on my face that I needed help and came and approached me to see if he could help me. He took me exactly where I needed to go and carried a heavy, wet, and cold bag for me, helped me find a cart and I was on my way within 10 minutes. What a wonderful store, plenty of selection of products, and great employees.
