Great service

Store was well stocked with products we needed for the installation of the tankless water heater. Very good advice from plumbing area guy who gave us some tips on install. Always enjoy Home Depot and especially love the cooperation with Giant Eagle with the gift cards. We got lots of free gasoline because of that and allowed for the cost of ownership to be reduced. If you buy anything from Home Depot, then get the gift card from Giant Eagle as you get money off gasoline!

Went into the store to purchase track lighting. I was lucky enough to find an associate who is an electrician by trade. His knowledge was paramount in my purchase and I appreciated his experience and help.

Love this store. I visit it regularly since I am a handyman and do my own projects at home. The associates are knowledgeable and courteous and willing to offer assistance. I like how easy is to find things. The store is well maintain and clean.What I like the most is that there are always an associate to assist. I have been in other Home Depot stores where I could not find an associate to help me. Very frustrating.I usually come back to my store in Brunswick!!

the workers here were real friendly and helpful in me finding stuff from light bulbs to co detectors in fixing up my house

I went in to buy 3 items and only found one. There were no surge protectors and no wedges for ax handles

This store always has the products I need. I especially appreciate the friendly advice I get when I ask for help on the right way to handle a project I am working on as well as selecting the right tool for the job.

Selecting wood 2" x 8" x 8' It was straight and true. Bought a cordless rigid impact driver and drill driver. It worked right out of the box because the batteries were already charged. Means the tool was brand new, not sitting around forever. Nice.

Can't say enough about the people who work at Brunswick Home Depot. Been to surrounding Home Depots and do NOT get the same customer service. These folks are great, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I left laughing and smiling with the great cashier.

The associates at the Pro Desk (David) but especially Rob could not be any more outstanding as examples of how you treat your customers.Rob helped my wife and I with our deck choices and made ordering the easiest I've ever experienced just an outstanding person to work with especially since I ask a lot of questions(I don't think I could have the patience to work with a customer like me).Then David goes out of his way to make sure we had our decking supplies delivered even though they were very, very, busy with deliveries already.This is the kind of helpful,whatever it takes,type of customer service that is usually only associated with a certain corporation who shall remain nameless but rhymes with Dalt Wisney and anyone who has seen this knows what I'm saying.Great job Home Depot Brunswick,and other businesses take heed this is how you keep your customers from not going somewhere else.

The store is convently located in Brunswick, generally well stocked, had friendly greeters and store personnel are pleasant and helpful. Your system for returns, particularily when I send my wide after a part, and she gets the wrong item, is just great, it has never held me up.

We had many visits to this store for pro assistance, merchandise questions, and location of products we needed to buy. EVERY employee was on top of their game! Floor employees know exactly where everything is, cashiers are friendly and pay attention. The pro desk people have suggestions for you with tips on your project, thinking outside of the box!

This Home Depot location had just what we needed for our home. I enjoy shopping there and the associates are always friendly and helpful.
