Shout out to employee Daliah in the paint department. Displayed excellent customer service to several customers at the same time. She was friendly, courteous and smiled to everyone stopping by for service. She is professional and knowledgeable in her department. She makes you feel valued and that is a plus in the retail world. Her supervisor encouraged me to write a review after I shared my experience with him.

Rosalie Livermore in the appliance department is a step above with her customer service. We really appreciated all that she did for us. Thank you!

All the employees were friendly, greeted me, helped me find what I was looking for, and Tina made check out quick and easy for me to get back to work.

Richard S. in plumbing helped me get the items I needed for a project. He made a few recommendations and explained why they were better choices than what I had originally picked up. I appreciate his knowledge and he definitely saved me some frustration.

This is a great store,employees are very friendly and most products are in stock.

Tim, the plumber is very helpful and he seems to know what he’s talking about. He answered all our questions and was very nice.

I had to do some shopping and weather was rainy chose to use the store and cruise each aisle for my daily power walk. Employee from each department smiled and greeted me warmly as I passed asking if they could assist me. Third time through store still smiling they acknowledged I was getting my 'steps' in for the day.

On several visits to the Bull Head City, AZ home depot store, there was a ton of home depot employees assisting customers. No staffing shortage present. If you need an Appliance, ask for Reggie. If he is on duty, he is worth waiting for as he has exception knowledge of the product lines and installation issues you need to consider before ordering.

We shop Home Depot in two states. Purchasing a washer dryer in Bull Head City, AZ. Ask for Reggie. Indepth knowledge of all product lines, plus his extensive knowledge of installation issues found in varies condo complexes was astounding. We went back and re-measured and changed our order. Very positive shopping experience when we purchased a washer dryer set from Reggie.

I bought(Actually my Sister bought for me) a new GE washer & Dryer. Delivery Jan 2!!! I’m so excited! I bought some plants & a can of Flex seal rubber like adhesive! :) your staff there is always helpful n smiles! Love it! Ty all for your help!

Since moving to the area and buying a house we have shopped at this store for all of our needs: appliances, flooring and more. Always greeted by staff and helped locate any supplies needed.

We had a great experience working with designer Dianna! She worked with us to design a full kitchen remodel and bathrooms too. Highly recommend Dianna as the person to talk with if someone is looking to tackle cabinets/counters remodeling projects. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to go over questions or concerns, and she provides options/solutions to get your project on track.

Sometimes searching for the items one needs is daunting. This Home Depot always has enough staff on hand to meet your shopping needs.

I heard from an employee that there were plans to build a 2nd store near the intersection of Boundry Cone and Hwy. 95. Please do this as soon as possible and send half of your great employees to the new store. (I'm not greedy)

I always find what I'm looking for. This store has enough variety of brands, that I can compare products before purchasing. My house needed replumbed this year; and I found all the fixtures I liked, for both bathrooms & the kitchen. cbta(I love shopping at Home Depot)

I was very unhappy when I went to return a glass cutter,still in package,list my receipt,they said only can give me lowest price possible on store credit,I expected store credit but I payed $9.88 plus tax and they only gave me $7.88 plus tax. which isn't fair since it,s store credit and it going back to the store anyways

I have lived in Fort Mohave for 7 years. Have done all my shopping at Home Depot. From Major Appliances to Nuts & Bolts. Never have had a complaint about anything I have purchased from Home Depot in 7 years.
