I returned my empty propane tank the other day as I always keep two at home, one for use and one is back up. I removed the blue seal from my back up one and I have a gauge that I’ve always used to see how low I’m running when I installed it the full tank that I removed the blue seal from came up as only half full. I then remove the seal from the one that I just purchased earlier that day and again this new one is also only half full is Home Depot selling us half full propane tanks for the price of a full tank if so, I want half of my money back on my two tanks.

I bought a window today , waited 30 mins asked 3 different employees to help me take one window down , Gentle man at the department was very rude , manager Anthony Came , not even good morning , he carried the window to the register , is Like my fault , I came to this store , General manager very hard to reach. No one here to help

I was delighted to find a brand new huge garden center at the Bulova Home Depot. It is located in what used to be Bed, Bath and Beyond with a big outdoor space as well. The variety of flowering plants, shrubs, trees, and lots of annuals and perennials was astounding!

Staff are visibly annoyed when asked for help and in my case sent me to the wrong part of the store to find what I was looking for. Go someplace else.

I went to 6944 looking for something that I knew they had in stock. Due to store redesign I needed to as a random associate where Zep Citrus Cleaner was stocked, the associate did not immediately know, however he spent enough time with me that we eventually located it. I should have gotten the associates name, but I did not. The associate did not waste time, but invested the time to assist a customer. Great job!

Everyone is always friendly, wish they had more so I could stop shopping at LIC

I was so pleased to find alert, staff and floor personnel on my visit recently. They were ready to assist me when I had questions and provide options when the item was not available. The shelves were stocked, and the premises were very neat and easy to navigate through

My #1Home Depot store. Always has what I am looking for and is in my neighborhood.

The store while smaller than other Home Depots is organized and neat. It is also well stocked.

One cashier open for the entire store. The line was at least 30’ long. Associates did not seem trained on equipment or have basic knowledge of tools and locations. Home Depot needs to invest more in these employees and customer service.

During the day the staff/security at the store keep the people who harass shoppers by trying to "help" them (for tips) under control. I went back in the early evening and security was apparently gone and groups of young men were roaming the parking lot approaching shoppers offering to "help". It wouldn't be so bad if these people would take No for an answer but many do not. You might want to choose a different location in the evening.

Terrible customer and the manager was not helpful. Complained about customers. I was disappointed to see how she was talking to customers. Maybe she should be retrained on how important customer satisfaction is nowadays

Getting good customer service is hit or miss... but the front end is the MOST frustrating experience in the store. Shopping at this location is usually without assistance in the aisles, unless you're lucky enough to find one of the customer service friendly associates. After serving yourself, all you want to do is pay and leave, without delay. Someone shouldn't have to wait on line for an extensive time. Get better cashiers and require your other register trained associates to get a till at the start of their shift, just in case there's a rush. There's no excuse for an associate who is not taking care of their task lists, aisle assignments and shelf/aisle maintenance... except for helping on the front end. Please remedy this.

Wish bed and bath was still there. Hopefully Home Depot’s expansion will bring more inventory and organization to the bulk a location

This store has low stock most of the convenient parking blocked by rental trucks and plants. The worst part is the gang of illegals that overwhelm you when you are unloading your cart. I go out of way to go to the store on Northern Blvd because it is safe and has better stock!

An employee named Genesis helped me out with a big project I had she helped me out with everything I needed. Once we were finished with everything I needed she helped me out by cashing me out afterwards continued to cash out more people. Came back to buy another thing and she was stocking shelves. She goes above and beyond She definitely needs a raise or promotion

No installation special really brought the cost down and the measurements were very quick.

Doesn't know what e gift card is, refused to scan/use the e card Per her, only physical home depot gift card or email from home depot is legit. Bad attitude, lack of knowledge, won't listen, ...horrible experience!!!!
