Store was very clean with plenty of employees.

will say anything you want to hear to make a sale and they don't even make a commission. I am disabled and needed in home setup, so I bought from home depot since they had a free delivery setup offer right on the item I wanted. I waited 10 days for delivery and not only was it not assembled but they wanted to charge me additional money for it after delivery and payment. Will not shop there again.

I've been going to this Home Depot since I was a kid, and now I run two businesses, and have built a great relationship with employees at this store and at the pro desk.

I am thankful for the convenient location of Burton Home Depot. I know I can always find what I need there for my DIY and home improvement projects.

Salesman made a 10 minute transaction take over an hour.

I thought I finally got the right person to get me the right door handles but I was wrong!! I'm extremely disappointed!!

I haven’t put fire pit together yet,outside of all the boxes of that model were damaged So I gambling it will be okay

Was nightmare after placed order in store for delivery. Thanks to great management ( Craig ) he defused my frustration and corrected problems getting order to job site on time and accurate. Thanks Craig. Court st location manager

He was quick and helpful Went to customer service also friendly efficient and quick Arborvitae and mums are on sale and grills are too! Hey, you can do that project you have been putting off today!

I was not very happy with pickup. It was wheeled to front and we waited quite a while for some one to assist with loading in my vehicle. It was after 20 minutes when someone finally came. He did not seemed pleased to have to help.

I like this location a lot I've been to many many home Depot stores and this is one of the best I'm always able to get in and out real quick the selection of everything is really good items are always in stock and the parking is ample. I even was offered help when I bought 15 bags of mulch and I did not know that they could come all the way out to my van and help load and they did I had my kids with me so it was extremely helpful and I'm grateful. Thank you home Depot!

Customer of color, expect to be monitored constantly, even if they don’t stop to help you. Expect the small covert things like the staff not greeting you but will greet the customers before you and after you. If you have to shop at this establishment, please know exactly what you need and where it is. Every time I have to ask for help it’s always met with a nasty begrudgingly attitude. Shop where we at appreciated not just tolerated.

6 employees standing around talking and couldn’t even acknowledge me. This store has really went down hill. I won’t be back.

We’re doing some diy home improvements and multiple trips to Home Depot are always the norm. The Home Depot in Burton, MI is our base of operations. I appreciate the employees attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help its customers. Dianne helped me with a return this trip. Professional and friendly. We’ll be back!

The employees at this store are always helpful and give great advice for diy projects. The only thing im not happy with is the deposit for tool and equipment rentals ($1500). Otherwise it is a great store.

Love shopping there.

Shipping experience was great, the cashier was horrible. Wouldn’t let us swipe our own gift cards or debit card and wouldn’t let us enter our own PIN number. Spent $400 that should have been covered by a gift card due to her. Will not return

Bought some new blinds for my apartment, and the young man that waited on me in the back I was able to recommend some for me seem to know his job well, and for the life of me, I cannot remember his name. If I remember correctly, it started with an L he was young. I do want to recommend Dakota and David again as well.

I purchased a product online and my order got screwed up and I was sent the wrong product. This store not only resolved the error, but credited my account for my troubles and upgraded my product to keep me satisfied. That is how you resolve a massive inconvenience for a customer.

Great employees, very helpful and exuberant. Home Depot has it all, this store has excellent employees.

An I don't care attitude was prevalent from employees working the morning my wife and I visited

People in the store did not greet us or help us once we decided what appliances I wanted I had to go look for someone and 3 employees talking and did not want to take interest

My husband and I stopped in for a few things today and were very pleased to see such a diverse crew of associates who were all friendly and helpful. Over the years we have continued to have pleasant experiences at our Hometown Home Depot. Thank you Burton HD!
