The cashier Amy was very knowledgeable. She helped with my questions. I have come to the conclusion that you tool department has the same equity in workmen ship and reliability as any of the tool truck that come to the service shops. Much better on price.

Fast an Friendly service

Amy helps me often and is constantly smiling and cheerful. She has, on numerous occations went above and beyond to help me and other people while i'm there.

the staff is very knowledgeable about what they are selling and id you have a problem with something they are fast to resolve it for you. store is keep clean and there shelves are stocked very well.

Jennifer in the paint department is absolutely fabulous. She never acts like she’s too busy to help you and if she does not know the answer by god she will find it for you. She’s professional, courteous, down to earth and represents The Home Depot with the utmost respect.

This store is fantastic! I ended up with the best prices for all new Sansung appliances after comparing prices from every other store! I also decided to have a new kitchen put in. They suggested that I consider using one of their kitchen designers to design it for me. Sheryl was assigned to help me. And (oh my) she completely outdid herself. My kitchen design is absolutely gorgeous. It truly is magazine worthy beautiful. Everyone at the store has gone out of their way to help me any time I’ve needed it. I’m so pleased. I would give them 10 stars if I could. (:

The store was clean and the associates were very helpful in finding the products I was looking for. The pricing was very reasonable. The associates were also very friendly. The checkout was very quick and the cashier was also friendly. I will most certainly continue to shop here.

Great store, down the road from Menards so they have a difficult task but the parking lot is full. Check- out is quick. I will not use self check-out because it does not talk, say thanks, pay taxes or vote. Get rid if it. You already have 4 registers, just add 2 and train all employees to be floor managers, shelf stock boys.girls to clerk. even a 5 items or less line would be better than a self check out

First time shopping here. Reason I stopped was proximity to Bishop International Airport. Dropped off family members and wanted to stop and return items: i.e. faucet. Purchased the correct faucet along with water lines. Pleasant experience friendly cashier.

The Burton Home Depot is the best place to shop for everything involving house/yard needs. We love this place and so do our children. When we have to shop we just go "home".

The employees at this store are outstanding. Most go out of there way to make your shopping experience great. They are very knowledgeable. The products are great for the most part.

I had to buy a refrigerator today for a rental property. I HATE shopping for things like this... but the employee that helped me with this purchase today was OUTSTANDING!! I love it when I don't have to waste time. I like this store for thier customer service!!!

I moved out of state for an interim job. Shortly after my return I visited the Burton store. What a pleasant surprise. The store is completely different. Clean, stocked and great customer service. With the help of several associates, I found everything I was looking for. It's nice to come home and see a positive change like this. Keep up the good work Burton!

This Home Depot has won the employee lottery! If I could I would give 10 stars! They were all so knowledgeable, welcoming, kind, and had tons of patience (especially with my little ones.) Kristyn was so amazing! She let my daughter (who sported her Home Depot smock) and son ring up my husband and I. She was telling the kids what to say and let them help bag. It made their day! Her fun spirit and kindness was simply refreshing. James (who was in the self-check out) has the brightest smile I've seen. He greeted everyone and made you feel like you're at home. He even gave the kids suckers, which totally made their day! Eric W. was so outgoing and informative. He was extremely helpful with our purchase today. He knows his stuff! He made us feel comfortable about our buy today. Trisha (who is the manager) has one heck of a staff. You can tell she leads with and by example. She was constantly stepping in to help out. She was kind and greeted everyone who came in. She's most certainly on top of her game. Thank you all for your kindness today. In a world where it is much needed. You made two little people so happy and made our home improvement job a lot easier with your guidance and expertise. Thank you!

This location of the three Home Depot stores in town is always our first stop. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about any thing we have questions with. The store is clean and well stocked. We've always found just want we needed when shopping there. The employees seem to go out of their way to make sure that we are treated with respect and that we get the help that is needed. We love this store!
