Floors dirty, materials left on carts in isles (unattended), materials mixed up in wrong bins and products out of stock. Contractors like me know what we need but have a hard time finding it unless we look over the entire section because it's in the wrong area. Does anyone train employees on materials and how to stock them in the right bins? It seems that there is no organizational skills be use to run a efficient store.

Store was clean and clerks were very helpful. The clerk Roxane La Crox, was very helpful. This is our 2nd visit and she remembered us. We bought a mosaic tile and she helped us find the tile. She even looked in places that the tile was stocked. She was very attentive, courteous and kind.

I moved to Camarillo and got into home improvement hobby--this the best place to shop. Ask for Bob in Tools, i wouldn't have so many projects done without his expertise. Wonder what drill bit you need to drill your wall, Bob wold know. I showed him a picture of my project, and he right away gave me the right tool that would allow to use drill bit in a tight space. He saved me tons of time on research, he just told me what I need and how to use it. Every time it got the job done. Because of employees like Bob, this store is great.

store clean ,employees very helpful , clean and no foul language. Had problem with foul language in past and spoke to supervisor, glad to see they took me seriously. Very pleasant shopping experience this time.

If you are looking for a great selection of materials and tools and great customer service to get the job done, then this is the Home Depot Store for you. Every experience I have had in here has been great. Everyone is very friendly and it is evident they enjoy what they do

To begin with, I don't like shopping for home improvement stuff, because my husband and I don't agree. My husband and I have been remodeling our home for 6 years, and we decided to conquer our least important bathroom out of three, by remodeling it ourselves. We have been to so many places and had people be like, you can buy this or this. They were not trying to really find out what we wanted or needed. I have been in retail for over 30 years, so I know how important it is to get to know your client, to be able to help them with their decision, and this has to be done in a timely manner. It wasn't until last night that we actually got that. This cute, young blonde girl, named Sam or Samantha, approached us, as we were arguing about what tile to buy. In a very sweet, respectful way Sam asked if she could help. She stated how hard it is to find something that both people like, in a remodeling job. Sam immediately made both my husband and I feel comfortable and actually cared about. We told her about our dilemma and she went to work. I really had no intention of leaving with tile and when she was done, we had our five boxes of tile and I was extremely satisfied, and so was my husband. She gave us space when necessary, but wasn't far away, so we could ask questions when needed. She made this experience so pleasurable that I would make the long drive to shop here. Part II, After we made our selections, we got to the cashier and she couldn't scan any of the sku's so she had to call the lead cashier Alex. Alex also could not scan them, so she and my husband went to the isle where the tile was located. When they came back, she had what she needed to ring us up. Her demeanor was calm, pleasant and she didn't make us feel like we were bothering her. The experience was professional, pleasant and all around wonderful. I would make the trip back out here, in a heart beat, to receive the treatment that we got last night. Great customer service, by amazing women. Thank you Sam and Alex...

Both my wife and I are very unsat with what happen this day 04:09 PM 10/06/19 Redlands CA . Cashier Jennifer exhibited some on the most unprofessional behavior we have ever witnessed at Home Depot.

The staff are phenominal. Helpful, friendly. It was a really good experience shopping there. They had a full stock of what I needed.

Well organized, neat and clean. Also the cashier, Yolanda, was super helpful.

Camarillo Home Depot is our store. We shop there often and appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the helpfulness of the associates and the selection of items available. Have only had issues with one associate M Briggs has made mistakes on our orders in the past and we prefer not to deal with her in appliances but overall everyone else is outstanding.

The employee Karen was extremely patient with us. She went out of her way to call the manager and online order management for our military discount. It was no military discount but we were OK with it because she was so helpful. Online order does not permit military discount. She was also very polite and respectful to her coworkers.

the store is clean organized, you can find every thing you need easily.

Way better than the Oxnard location. Cleaner, better stocked & less opened packages with missing product. The staff is generally available to answer any questions.

We really enjoyed the customer service we received on our recent visit. A nice young man named AJ helped us find curtains and a few other items. We would have never found them if it wasn't for his help. We enjoyed the conversation with him along our journey through the maze of household products.
